Worst hotel ever don't ever visit here guys they asked extra money and also taken our all money. Horrible experience.

A pathetic experience... They are cheter simply they disagree on what talk happened. We gave money for 4 rooms and they provided only 2 rooms. They talk like we are enemy.... simply they just want money without service...

Poor experience - Used towels, cheap bedsheet, dirty pillows and their covers didn't even match. Geyser not working, broken cupboard door. There was a TV with a set top box, connected in a broken socket. There wasn't a remote for the set top box. Not even a single channel was available for viewing. They don't even provide water, and when you ask for it, they will only sell you bottled water, with the excuse that drinking water isn't good in the area. Someone rightly said that the owner or whoever manages the hotel, is concerned with money only. There was a girl on the reception, never saw her speak a word, maintaining a straight face all the time. No hospitality from the staff.

the manager did not give me room though he had available. he z want to give the room for the discounted price given by mmt and our room. He has payment settlement issues with Our and so he doesn't want accept prepaid customers. He is saying openly don't choose online payment options. Go only for PayAtHotel options. Finally oyo has to move me to another hotel at eleven in the night the route map was not accurate and so I had waste 45 minutes to get the place

The Room was not clean and the bathroom & sink attachments were in horrible conditions lights problem No proper reply from their staff No latch and door lock problem in toilet bathroom All the tap were in bad conditions I will not give even a one star to these type of hotels and secondly these hotel is also known as a second name called Raj Kanwar Hotel

Bhut bura experience rha ..Paisa le kar Jo bat hua tha uspe nakar gya ... They are like in fighting mode... They are just only for money and no service... They were abused us and threaten us

They didn't even provide water during our stay, day time they usually switch off ac and there is no place to keep or hang clothes inside the room. There is no restaurant and they provide food from near by local unhygenic dhaba and charge exclusively.

NEVER again will I stay at this place and would like to get a refund back for the horrible shock and experience we had staying at this hotel create lots of problems by owener Mr Akshay use abused word with Us. if you book online your room in this hotel his cancel your booking by own when you reach in Hotel and said getout my hotel in night 2am...then I called in police station for FIR this hotel then he gaves room .... after that he creates lots of problems Like brackfast his not given and bed tee also..These experiences have been shared by customers dont go there...mr. akshay said to us who said to came in Amritsar..I have also had a horrible experience.. owner was very greedy for money
