Unfortunately, there were some issues that need to be addressed, and there some were great things about the hotel that I need to mention.|Issues:|a. The views from the window were not great. Artificial turf was used in a very bad manner see pictures that were extremely unesthetic and unpleasing. This can be fixed with using artificial plants and vines to make it more aesthetic. Or put tinted glass so you cannot see outside the window. They should also disclose this to the guests and put such pictures. |b. The faucets in the bathroom were loose|c. The bed mattress springs were NOT that great/|When I mentioned these to the hotel manager he refused to acknowledge and address it properly. A proper response would have been to acknowledge and then provide a token discount and with a promise to address these for future guests.||There were many great things in the hotel|a. The staff was very friendly|b. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated inside. |c. The breakfast buffet and food were extremely well prepared. The manager in the breakfast area and the staff was diligent and payed attention to details||Hope this helps

Firstly, I booked a standard or base category room. The room was so so small no place to keep luggage, extremely less space to move around the bed. Yes I myself booked the base category room but I expected a decent size room from this brand. The bathroom was tiny to say the least. The bath cubicle could barely fit a person. So if you need to stay in this hotel don't opt for the standard room.|Location was great. Very close to Golden temple and market. Check-in process smooth. Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast spread lavish with authentic amritsari dishes included in the menu.|The staff at the front desk could put a smile on their faces. The personnel giving service in the restaurant gave good service but had glum look pasted on their faces. | So apart from the room and a few other things, had a decent stay

A nice hotel from where Golden Temple was about 15 min walk. Rooms were neat, reasonably spacious and very clean. Breakfast spread was ok and elaborate but service was a tad slow. Even food replenishment was slow so people patience was being tested and multiple reminders told to the servers. Food quality and service needs improvement to handle a full house A good place to stay if visiting Golden Temple Amritsar.

Stayed here for 1 night, and it was a great experience. I got pretty good discounted pricing on MMT. The only issue was I wanted to extend it for another 1 day, and when I asked them to match the pricing, they refused and asked us to book online again; their offline pricing was more than the online pricing. Rooms were neat and clean.

It was a great experience staying here. The rooms were clean.The bed was soft, and the hotel had all the basic amenities you need. The best part of my stay was the food. If you love Punjabi food, this hotel's restaurant is fantastic. The dishes were full of flavor and very authentic. The staff were friendly and made sure everything was perfect.

Lovely hotel! Nice bedroom size and location. Hot water all the time. Breakfast was tasty and really good! Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at the property. It's very convviniently located in a quiet area not too close and not too far from the golden temple. The facilities are good. The breakfast served is of very good quality and plenty of options. They change the menu every day as well. Staff is courteous and ready to assist.

I was in Amritsar with family for a couple of days and country inn proved to offer the perfect stay. Just a couple minutes from the Golden temple, the hotel is best known for its hospitality. I'd like to give a special mention to one of the staff member named muskan, who has been so courteous and excellent at his hostess desk. Not only was warm and welcoming but the way he made conversations with us at every meal making sure of our comfort is the top notch of his professionalism. Thanks for having us.
