Treebo Hotel South Avenue With Roadside View

Hotel South Avenue is a good pick amidst the city. Value wise it is a good call. The family suite was a fantastic room with 2 double beds in a room along with a small room at entry with sofas. Service at the hotel was quick and the staff was helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious and healthy. It was a good stay at the hotel, as the auto stand and cab stand was nearby whenever we wanted to go out they were easily accessible.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionists and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had food. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This hotel strictly adheres to its check-in and check-out policies, regardless of room availability. We chose this stay for its proximity to the railway station, but after an overnight journey, we were denied early check-in, even though we were willing to pay for it. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, making communication difficult with her curt responses. The reason given was that the cleaning staff hadn't arrived, and we were made to wait 3.5 hours for a 10:30 AM check-in. However, when it came to check-out, they were extremely prompt, calling at exactly 11 AM and insisting on an immediate departure. When I requested a short extension of 30 minutes, I was told they had already accommodated us with an early check-in--despite it being just an hour earlier. While I respect hotel policies, the rigidity and lack of hospitality were disappointing. Aside from these service issues, the stay itself was comfortable, but this experience left a negative impression.

Wifi not working. Room window opened to an under construction wall. Dirty unclean bedsheets and bathroom. Non cooperative staff. Located 1.7 km away from the rock beach and not 700m. But it's location near to the railway station makes it uncomfortable for family stay. Not any decent food places. Definitely the YouTube videos and the actual place tells a completely different story. Definitely won't choose again.

Treebo South Avenue hotel in Pondicherry is just opposite to the railway station so very convenient to reach ,walkable distance to Rock beach ,white town The rooms are clean( maple room is good space wise) , staff is polite Only they can improve is their food service a bit more hygiene and taste

Affordable stay at a convenient location but no dedicated parking spots. Bathrooms were not clean, bedsheets and pillow covers looked pretty used. Rooms were okay. Complimentary breakfast was okay.

Hi all, I would like to say don't chose this hotel for your stay while going to pondicherry we had 4 days of disasters stay and the hotel is not worth for per day 2K rs the below things made the stay even worst : 1. We had already made half of the payment to treebo but once we checked in the treebo had cancelled our booking and after intimation to the front receptionist the stay was reinstated. 2. The bed sheet provided had some stains and we asked the cleaning team to change it and after changing it was more worst than the first bedsheet. 3. Ac cooling was not there even though we had kept it at 16 degree and to make things worst the room had only pedestal fan and didn't have a celing fan and as result night while sleeping we were sweating and after complaining of no cooling no changes were made. 4. I am personally allergic to dust and while cleaning the celings had spider webs and dust still hanging and again when intimated no action and also same applicable for even windows. 5. There were water leaks on the ceiling and also on the floor tiles we had personally mentioned this to the night shift receptionist and until we checked out still there were visible leaks and we were very cautious in touching the switches due to leaks. 6.There were no Water heater, Hair dryer, Tissue rolls and the water glasses it was mentioned that it has cleaned but after removing the paper cover we could see that the water glasses were not at all cleaned. 7. Attitude of the hotel people when we checked in first day all the hotel staffs were friendly and welcoming but whereas after making the full payment on the last day the it got totally changed their behaviour unwelcoming and not friendly staffs.

We have booked randomly. But the hotel ambience, hospitality was awesome, complimentary food was really very delicious. Cleanliness was very great. Must recommended for families...
