This place has both restaurants and rooms for accommodation. The restaurant can accommodate around 75 people at a time with a table service facility. The rooms are air conditioned with lift facilities and the ambience is good. A separate mini hall is also available for rental purposes at the 3rd floor for small functions at nominal cost with food. The food is only vegetarian and has a lot of varieties which can be customised for bulk orders. 220. Limited parking lots is available for both two wheeler and four wheelers. DoV: 250225.

Recently, I had an opportunity to Stay in this Hotel with my family , for the first time . Our experience from the On-line booking, Hassle free Check-in on arrival ,Room Service and quick Check-out were exceeded our Expectations. There is a famous restaurant in this hotel which is recommended by many other smaller hotel guys in the neighbourhood. This review is mostly about this restaurant. The food in the restaurant is good. It's almost like as at home. The taste is authentic Tamil style and the quantities are also sufficient. And the price is also reasonable. Only thing that lets down this place is the attitude of the waiters... only the males. The female staff are courteous, attentive and prompt. But the males are completely opposite. They look only very lethargic, uninterested and passionless in their work. It's almost like they are doing it out of habit rather than out of passion. There is no sense of duty, no sense of being quick and prompt, and no sense of being courteous to the customer. Maybe it's because they are a bit famous in the area and must have a good flow of customers. If you are a regular person with no requirements in service, you can visit this place. But if you are someone who is particular about having a good time without having to deal with moody or snobby staff, then avoid this place. Parking is available.

One of our favorite places for lunch in Pondy. Visited this place after long gap for lunch. We ordered South Indian / North Indian Thali. Taste was absolutely good and Good value for the price what we pay.

I went last week with my family and friends. The rooms live upto expectations. Entrance/ reception area/ common areas are clean and well decorated. Breakfast and dinner was served hot, food was tasty, Cafeteria was clean. They have few shaded car parking which I liked a lot. The hotel is in a marketplace so easy availability of anything in case you need.

I had a dinner at their restaurant downstairs. I never experienced such a worst customer service and bland food. The old man who takes the order was literally rude and arrogant. None of their food have any salt and spice. The place looks like a ghost house. It definitely needs lots of renovation. Restrooms , wash areas are mouldy and dirty. This hotel doesn't deserve to have 2 stars as well. Good old days, it was a nice restaurant.

A good quality hotel within budget. The staff is very accommodative and the place is well-maintained. Good for trips with large group of people.
