Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay

Visited with family for our babies 1st bday. ANOOSOYA and her team were welcoming and courteous. Check in was hassle free and the rooms are very spacious. We booked the chalet with verandah which was really well maintained. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread was elaborate and delicious. The kebab factory restaurant is a must try .|There are ample activities to keep you engaged with the salt pool being on top of the list. |The staff were very accomodating to our small needs and req for baby and our pet. |The experience was wonderful and would surely visit again.

I recently had an absolutely wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Pondy. Right from the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible buffet -- a truly wide spread with a fantastic variety of cuisines to choose from. Every meal felt like a special experience, thanks to the excellent service from the staff who were always attentive and courteous. A very special mention to Mr. Muralidharan, the Activity Manager, who made our experience even more memorable. His warmth, enthusiasm, and efforts to engage guests with fun activities really added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, Radisson Blu Pondy exceeded our expectations in every way -- highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Awesome place really close to the Eden beach! The restaurants were amazing--had breakfast there and loved every bite. Super fun vibe overall. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting the area--you'll love the food and the location!

Our experience was wonderful. Anoohya was so helpful during check-in and throughout our stay, giving us a beautiful room and alerting the restaurant staff to our anniversary. The Kabob Factory was also a highlight. Nikita was so kind explaining each dish. The room was spacious, clean and had an outdoor shower which was great after a long hot day of travel. Thank you!

Relaxing Stay at Radisson, Pondicherry We had a really relaxing stay at Radisson in Pondicherry. The service was great and the food was amazing. I especially loved the Chole Bhature during breakfast--it was delicious! My daughter enjoyed the crispy chicken at lunch, and we all had a good time at The Kebab Factory. The villa was clean, well-organized, and the pool water was so clear--we spent a lot of time there. The beach nearby was peaceful and easy to get to, which was a nice bonus. A big thanks to Mr. Murali who kept the kids engaged with coloring sheets and helped us get around in the buggy. All the staff were polite and always had a smile on their face. It really made the stay feel warm and welcoming. We had such a refreshing time and can't wait to visit again!

I had a pleasant and peaceful stay at Radisson bay pondicherry. Resort placement is top notch provides easy access to one of the blue flagged beach of India, Eden Beach. Food, service were exceptionally good. Rooms were luxurious and spacious with charming garden/lagoon view. Overall had a very good experience here and it is a must try!

Needed a break for two days and blessed to have a awesome stay for a two days with my family. My two kids enjoyed a lot. Especially the morning spread for breakfast is vast and tasty and also the infrastructure was nice and the management were so keen on maintaining cleanliness.

Spent my birthday here! Absolutely loved my room and the property! Loads to do! Great food. 9/08/24 : the person managing the indoor games section made my birthday! I'm an outdoorsy athletic person and he curated a very fun filled experience for my family! Made my birthday worth it! I regret forgetting his name as I'm posting this review very late. Stayed at another Radisson in Karjat and was reminded of my stay in Pondicherry. What we enjoyed : table tennis, pool, the beach, the small basketball court and the spa. There's so much to do! What Radisson could work on : making sure the staff is uniformly trained. Although there has been no sour experience involving them, some of them are very cordial whilst some others seem quite inexperienced/less proactive. This would certainly amplify the luxury experience. Overall, worth at least a few more visits!
