Wild sand beach resort with Beach view & swimming pool

We were transferred to this resort but the amenities and service is really worst. Don't get flattered by pictures and promises. Kids were frustrated without remote for TV, swimming pool is small one with 6 ft deep. Kids were really disappointed with their amenities and we were disappointed with the service. No quality for money.

Overall rateing = room are very worst condition unsafe Room = under rated and unsafe. In bathroom glacier will not work damage closet Food = Complement they will give as I mention in the picture if you ask extra food, they will ask 800 for 1 parcel Beach view = Only 2 room available for beach view other rooms are not beach view Water bottle = Only one water bottle for a room if you ask extra you need to pay

This is worst hotel, not at all suitable for family. The only positive side is it is near to beach other thank that no geyser , no WiFi , no ac nothing works in this resort room Full of dust and full of dirty..Highly priced. I got breathing problem due to the dust in the room not able to sleep whole night. Do not get cheated taking room here in this hotel

Excellent place to stay with friends and enjoy the sea view from the room cozy place to stay n enjoy with ur friends..kind staff to help in any need at any time

Fraud is happening in the name of serenity sunrise beach resort and after booking and paying the amount online we are not getting rooms. It is serious issue and they are not taking any actions. I lost my money. Still fraud number is spreading under this resort name in google

Worst service, No Hot Water, network not available in Rooms, Hotel WiFi signals also not available. Including breakfast but Breakfast timing 11am
