Excellent hospitality... Had a really great stay... Rooms were clean and neat with back water view. Beach was walkable distance from the place. Breakfast was delicious. The manager was friendly and helped us a lot. Highly recommended for family trips!

Not recommended at all... Mr.mahesh Digging money for everything. Very frustrated weekend last month. Rooms are not cleaned and service is very worst. Ac itself just for showcase. Even he didn't pick calls for advance amount. Not worth for even 1 star

There was no proper facility to stay, no proper maintenance. The price is too high when comparing to the facility and the maintenance and the property owner has to refund the initial deposit but he cheated on refunding the amount there is no response from him. Totally waste of money please don't go there. I spend 9k for two day it was simply waste. Lack of cleanliness. Worst experience my opinion is not to stay with the family because there is no facilitation and maintenance.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at one of the one BHK Home Stay of this vasantham group in karaikal, and I must say that it left a lot to be desired. The primary reason for my dissatisfaction was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the owner, which significantly impacted my stay. Here's my review of this disappointing establishment: Right from the moment of check-in, I encountered a rude and unwelcoming attitude from the owner. The lack of hospitality and basic courtesy was evident, leaving a negative impression from the start. The owner seemed disinterested in providing any assistance or making guests feel comfortable. The overall communication with the owner was poor. Any queries or requests were met with impatience and a dismissive tone. It was clear that the owner had little regard for the guests' needs or concerns. This lack of professionalism created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. Moreover, the owner's behavior was inconsistent with the standard practices of a hospitable home stay.. The condition of the home stay itself was also subpar. The cleanliness standards were lacking, and the amenities promised on WhatsApp conversation were either nonexistent or in poor condition. It was disappointing to see such a disregard for maintenance and upkeep. Additionally, the value for money was questionable. Considering the unpleasant experience and the overall quality of the stay, the prices charged by this Home Stay felt excessive and unjustified. The rude behavior and unprofessional attitude of the owner marred the entire experience. Coupled with the lackluster facilities and poor communication, it was an overall disappointing stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this, if you value a welcoming and hospitable environment during your travels.

Not recommended for a family at ALL... very old mattress deserves to be thrown out but they have it...the taps are as old at the building which do not work properly kitchen in shambles the balcony with junk ...all in all Terrible...as ok June 2024....do not go by the pictures he sends to you ..check with him if the pictures he sends are of the property as in current condition...

Beautifully located on the coast of Karaikal. Has ample parking space outside. Closed parking is available and is limited to about 15 cars. Room looks recently renovated. Upper deck is aesthetically appealing. Can view beach and lighthouse from the resort. Has ample free space to relax and roam about. Cost is on the lower side compared to other places. Staff is very courteous and willing to help their guests happily. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent place to stay for a night. We took villa and it's maintenance is not so good. But the cost is comparatively lower than other restaurants. It is very near to the karaikal beach. So we can plan for sunrise in the morning from here is easy. Have no proper car parking. Have to park the vehicle in road side.
