Rooms are okay, Budget friendly The receptionist cum service person in the night was rude... Most of the time he was not available, Talking in rude way to us, not even ready to give drinking water, when we were searching for him in room service room, shouting on us, why do you open it? (There is no NO ENTRY board also - shall refer the attached photos) Rooms were not full clean - refer the photos - stickers of drink bottles in bath room and drawer in the main room...

A good service apartment I would say. Neat and clean rooms. The bathrooms have to be mentioned about. Almost all the rooms have the bathroom with leaking taps. The condition gets bad often as the overhead tank gets emptied due to the leakage and this problem seems to be a permanent one. The taps and allied areas found with marks of leakage. As water is a precious one, the management should have taken strong steps to arrest the leakage.

A basic Air conditioned rooms located in a prime location. No restuarant available. Poor service & very poor inventory.

Was forced to stay in this hotel because reached in the night with my family on a day all hotels were sold out (marriage bookings and one cinema units' booking). ||||Was uncomfortable picking up the hotel because of its location in a commercial building, which was all closed because of it being a Sunday night. ||||Dirty rooms (hadn't even bothered to clean it after the previous guests moved out), poor quality linen, mosquitoes, poorly maintained ACs and non-working geyser. Was just waiting for the Sun to rise and get out of the room. ||||Only saving grace was an elderly gentleman who doubles up as a receptionist and security. God bless him. ||||Avoid, if possible.

Very poor maintenance of rooms, a/c is improper and fan does not work properly. Less security No place for Driver accommodation and Refreshment which is basic need for hotels.

Good Room in affordable price in this location... Room is located in shopping mall and top floor mini hall facilities available for functions... Lift available for reach room .. 3kms away from karaikkal beach and safe zone .. Rooms also Good but there is mosquito

Uniq Inn is located on a shopping complex building on the 4th floor. Parking is in open area by the front side of the building; no restaurant. The rooms are quite spacious, lift available, clean mattress and bathrooms. No frills place, some mess like hotels available nearby and nothing more. Not suggested for people not coming by their cars as access to temples, bus stand and restaurant is difficult.

Uniq Inn is located in a plaza with open drainage all around it. These rooms are located on the 3rd floor, so you get a feel you are in the midst of shops, we felt very uncomfortable. On top mosquito menace is quite bad and wont let you to sleep. Person at the counter is ok and materials provided are just reasonable. Overall, the place is not worth the price you pay and our experience was not really good.
