San Beach Residency

This place is very near to Karikal Railway Station. Just 400 meters from the Station. The Owner was kind enough and ensured everything is arranged as mentioned during the booking. Rooms are neat and clean. I stayed in A/C room for a night, and the A/C was functioningvery well. Toileteries, towels, water bottles are provided. A must stay place if you are around KIK.

This review is for a Year Back booking made on this Hotel. Putting this review now as on seeing all the positive reviews made here, while checking for a hotel stay. I was totally not happy when they said to Park my brand new car on Road side Rain as only two sub 4m cars can be parked inside. But they have mentioned Parking as a Benefit for which I chose this hotel and finally it's not a Value for Money stay

The rooms were clean, service was good. Had a great and peaceful stay. By drive, beach is only 3 mins away.

Nice rooms. Interior is really good. Bathroom was clean. Had a pleasant stay at Popular Hotel. Little expensive but a good choice.

Located very conveniently and close to main attractions and Beach. Staffs and owner were very supportive and responsive. Appreciate Anisha's help. Definitely recommended .

It's a nice stay and the ambiance of the room and outside was pleasant, Worth of money. Really the best place to stay I recommend san beach.

Great hospitality and personal care ensuring high customer satisfaction

The hotel is located in an ideal location and easy to reach. Except this, facilities wise a lot more improvement is required, to quote a few no restaurants, no room boys, no proper person to take up the responsibility. These things need to be improved immediately to gain more customers.
