KARAIKAL ASHOK BEACH RESORT

The resort could have been one of the best if it was maintained well. It is located in a beautiful place and that's the only good thing about it. The rooms are big but it's not maintained nicely. There is dust everywhere, the place stinks and the bathrooms are dirty too. There is no security in this place and random people keep walking across the property when they want.

Rooms are basic but decent, bathroom pipe had leak but bathroom was neat. Restaurant was average but the property location is too good. Its located On the beach and nice place for relaxed stay.

We had booked luxury room and was given Deluxe room. People at reception are not friendly and coolly ignore. They either genuinely don't understand English or hindi or pretend to. Even the owner is rude. Rooms are filthy, AC doesn't work, property is dirty and unkempt.

The rooms are poorly maintained, which is a major drawback. The only advantage of this property is its proximity to the beach. The management should focus more on improving room maintenance.

Not exactly the place I expected. Too costly for rooms they provided. No proper room service. No complementary food.

Could be managed better. Being a Government owned enterprise sorry to say "that's the way it is maintained or run". The staff and the service is excellent. While the staff are eager and proactive, the upkeep of such a sprawling space is a shame.. it's just a couple of hundred feet from the beautiful Karaikal beach..

Nice, clean and affordable rooms available close to Karaikal beach. Food at the restaurant is not good and is too expensive. There is no alternative available for food.

Excellent location, One room sleeps 4 ppl. Good access to the beach, there is no breakfast available. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good place for family with small kids ride park nearby.
