HOTEL FRENCH RESIDENCY

I stayed in the hotel on way to thiruvarur with my family. A friend of mine recommended this place. Initially I was hesitant but when went everything was different the hotel has been renovated. Neat and clean rooms with kind staff ready to help you. It has spacious rooms with no noise from outside traffic. Only drawback no restaurant. But u can get your through room service quickly. A very good place for family stay without any disturbance

Worst experience.. Reservation some through phone and confirmed it again on the next day.. when asked to pay for advance they told only in direct is accepted so can be paid at the time of check in.. but when reached at morning 3:30a.m. they replied no data available and no rooms also available.. somehow managed and gave a damaged room which would have been under maintenance.. Bathroom door not locking, TV not working, toilet stinking and so on...

This hotel was not suit for pleasant stay. It is mosquito factory. Dirty bedsheets,pillows. Mattresses having bad smell. Damaged cots. Dirty dirty damaged windows. Worst experience in my travellings. A

Worst room in my life so don't go stay there family and lonely that's it

Rooms are dirty . Beds are worst and inside furniture is not good. Worst maintenance of rest rooms.

Its a devil palace...it's looking grand... but inside it's looking like haunted place... worst hotel I ever stayed...
