Recently stayed with family and few honesty points for my Google community, Pros: 1. Location of the resort is just awesome, 10mtrs from sea. 2. Just Opp to Pondicherry university gate 1 you need to 1.5km in small road for this resort. 3. Cool sea breeze all the time. 4. They have slightly considered all the previous feedbacks to improve the quality, but still need to improve. 5. Highly recommended for bachelors and friends. cons: 1. Service can be improved to the guests. 2. Quality of the good can be increased. 3. While talking they will mention unlimited breakfast, but it is not. (only basic very limited quantity) 4. Dont expect very hi-fy and fancy things.

Foods are very costly and tastes very bad. Apart from the location of the resort, nothing worth for money. Rooms are not even clean, full of insects. I do not prefer this resort next time.

One of the worst place I ever stayed in life. Very bad customer service and worst place. Staffs very rude behaviour not worth. Please don't stay in this room.

This is a very bad place to enjoy with friends and family. Rooms are not hygienic mostly the bathrooms it is not spacious and not very clean. No availability of ac ,TV also Food was not soo good very less options of breakfast. To many rats and crows in the terrace while having food. And next to the resort there is a drainage and beach is also not very clean. The road is full of mud and water. We had a plan of staying over night but after seeing all this we checked out within one hour. I recommend not to visit this place.

We had a very bad experience with harmony beach resort. It was not worth the price we had given them We checked out with in an hour of checking in. The place was not hygienic mainly bathrooms. Drainage water was flowing in front of the resort. Terrace is horrible with rats and crows table and chairs are worst they are were not cleaned .We were not able to have the tiffin also there. Beach view was with drainage water. I Recommend not to visit this place. It is not a resort and it does not look how it is shown in the google . Which available with small rooms with dirty ambiance and smelly rooms the view of each room is also not good. Please don't visit

Harmoney Beach Resort Stay (Aug 31 - Sep 2, 2024): Check-in: We were informed at booking that renovation work upstairs wouldn't disturb us, but upon arrival, one room had a balcony we couldn't open due to construction, and two ACs didn't work. After a tiring journey, we had no choice but to stay as staff provided no other workable options. Hygiene & Renovation: The rooms were full of mosquitoes, likely due to the open drainage behind the resort. Sleeping was a nightmare both nights. To make it worse, loud renovation work began at 7 AM, ruining our sleep despite assurances there would be no disturbance. Staff: The attender in the morning is responsive and attends to all queries with some compassion too. The attender at night is least bothered to even respond. We tried to wake him up to ask for mosquito repellent and he is least bothered to even respond. He says he will give it in the morning and sleeps again(Seriously?). At around 4 am the man wakes up and is watching reels on the phone loudly disturbing the already disturbed. I went again to ask for a mosquito coil and he gave it then. Phew what a circus to get good service despite paying for rooms. Food: The food was the highlight of the stay. Both the sambar for breakfast and rasam for dinner were delicious, with no complaints about the quality. Check-out: The owner was unresponsive, despite us calling for him to address the issues. He kept us waiting for 30 minutes and never showed up. Overall: Poor communication, hygiene issues, and lack of service mentality make this resort not worth your money. The only positive was the food.
