Room is full of bad smell surrounded with bad quality refreshing freshner.., And also scam between the employees and owner .., between them they scam the customer first and make percentage of profit out of it. Simply an scam of chain customer scammed by hotel management.., then hotel management scams the owner that we had scammed 1lakh this month instead of 2lakh.. If u don't believe me .., before check in smell the booking area .., you can feel the garbage smell over there .., and i had itching due there environment.., Types of scams 1.Not refunding the initial amount on cancelling. 2. Bad rooms by showing fake photos over internet 3. Bad quality A/c 4. Beds with condoms and sperms strain. 5.labours ask money without servicing.., 6. Employee will say that owner won't respond to them , due to that they can't able to take next step for any servicing like cancellation refund after the cancellation charges Please don't go there by looking of economical we can lost 7k for two normal rooms.

Very very worst management and The rossort owner attitude is pathetic...they told so money excuses for poor management and they only treat money mind they are like a scammers... I have a good suggestion for you guys don't book the here ...no wifi not working swimming pool dirty water filtration room cleaning also worst.....my worst weekend holiday spoil in this resort

The rooms are very old not properly maintained, the pillow covers and bedsheets were torn, towels were smelly, no proper room service, no paste brush provided, soaps were given after requesting many times, the swimming pool is dirty and not maintained, it's stagnant water, they don't give you bill. Not recommended for family members. There is no restaurant in this property and around, you have to order from swings, they don't provide plates and glasses & I wonder how they say it's a 2 star hotel.

I had a terrible experience with this resort. I have never seen such poor management before. They are completely money-minded. We booked a room for one day for New Year's, and they accepted the advance payment. Later, they informed us that the room would only be available if we booked for two days. Despite our repeated requests, they refunded the advance and refused to provide the room. Such terrible management! Don't even consider booking a room here.

Hospitality was very poor, room was not maintained well. Room was not properly cleaned when going inside the room there was a smell. No plates was available. And the big thing was camera was not working. We had missed our money and mobile which was placed inside the room. When we try to reach out the reception for the help they had told that today is Sunday we can't able to check the camera come on weekdays for check the camera. They told that they will check the camera on weekdays and share the footage for you . But when we tried on next day they told that till last week camera was working but this week the camera was not working. Very very poor behaviour, you should take care of all things. My best advice is don't ever visit here instead of this you can better go for some other hotels . Very very worst thing I had ever experienced

I have visited Surya beach resort on 28 December, stayed for 2 days, 1. Had one of the worst terrible experiences at this resort. 2. Pathetic staff no response only came while checking out for tip Suggestion from my wife not from me as I don't think resort management will look into this. 1. Please renovate washroom and keep is clean because people preferred hygiene over any other things 2. Repair gyser 3. Change wall color gives very bad vibe If you can't give good stay experience it's better to close the resort. Not recommending this resort for stay even if this is the last resort in the world.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this resort. Despite pre-booking and making all necessary payments, they called us a week prior, insisting that we take rooms for two days instead of the initially agreed duration. When we declined, they called again to cancel our booking, citing an absurd reason and even mentioning they don't provide rooms for people from Tiruvannamalai. It was clear their intention was to make us cancel the booking. We tried reaching out multiple times to understand the reason, but they didn't respond. This unprofessional behavior forced us to change our plans at the last minute, causing significant inconvenience. I wouldn't even give them a one-star rating, but I had to just to share this review. I will never recommend this resort.

Perfect stay for couples and friends. Staff are so sweet and supportive. Overall it's a very good experience
