Hotel Annapurna

Positives: - Right on highway - lots of secured parking behind the hotel - large spacious rooms - restaurant in the same premises Improvement: - Casual staff, although not an inconvenience but not very welcoming either. - No other shops nearby so food options are limited. - Room and the items are showing age even for a budget hotel. But it seems renovation is in progress. - Renovation wood work in lower floor till late night was pain.

Excellent place for any kind function. Very accessible as it is just beside main road. Rooms are specious and clean.

Rooms are totally good, clean and nice ambiance, but the price is little bit high 1600 per day. The ambiance is also good of the hotel, staff and service are not that good , but it's ok.

Room service is not recommendable. Rooms are not cleaned for days.The restaurant is closed before 9.30 PM. Every time you are supposed to get up and go up the reception counter for enquiry of any service. Water not available in the morning. Its a nightmare...

One star from my side. As hotel have no facility of breakfast and lunch. There is no restaurant available at nearby place. Room was good but mosquitoes are always in room. Bathroom tap water supply was leaking whole night. And biggest mishappening for me was that they charged rs2500/- for door lock. They provided me weak and broken key. While locking the door the top part of key stuck in hole and broke and rest key come in my hand. Though it can be repaired from local market an may take around rs200-300 but they charged whole amout from me. We talked to their owner but no one was in supporting mood including staff. As I have to catch train and we are getting late so we decided to pay. It was very humiliating for me as it was done intentionally. I was feeling very ashamed in front of my friends. A big no from my side to this hotel.

Good but i think Taking too much money and not doing that much less

The staff of this hotel does not know how to give respect, which means that people judge by their clothes.

Musroom masala is awesome also dal fry good but cold rice served. Over all good except cold rice .
