Hotel Lemon Castle

I recently stayed at Hotel Lemon Castle and would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious discrepancy in your food billing system. During my stay, I ordered the following items based on the menu card provided in the room: Chicken Manchurian - 180 Mixed Fried Rice - 180 However, at the time of checkout, I was surprised to see the following charges on my bill: Chicken Manchurian - 200 Mixed Fried Rice - 300 This is a clear mismatch from the in-room menu, and no prior information was provided about any additional charges or revised pricing. This not only caused inconvenience but also felt misleading and unprofessional.

Hotel Review The hotel operates with a check-in time of 12 PM and a check-out time of 11 AM, which feels like a deliberate tactic to inconvenience passengers, especially since the Hirakhand Express, the main train to this location, arrives at 9 AM. They often delay room allocation, leaving guests waiting unnecessarily. The rooms are a major disappointment--they look nothing like the photos online. Instead, they are old and poorly maintained. It's misleading and leaves a bad impression. The one saving grace is the in-house restaurant. The food is decent, and I'd recommend trying their Apollo Fish, which is a standout. However, the butter chicken is a letdown and not worth ordering. Overall, I'd rate this place as a 1-star property at best. It feels overhyped, and there are likely better options for the price.

Quality of room is very bad. Water leakage on all walls of the room including the bathroom. There's neither wifi nor TV in the room even though they say free wifi on their website. Price according to the service provided is very high.

A good hotel in Koraput. But price is really high. But comparing the area and availability of other hotels it's great. Under renovation now. But rooms are still available. Restaurant is attached. But due to renovation restaurant area is changed and is small one. But still a good option.

I will be very much honest! We say in hindi "naam bade but darshaan chote" the hotel is similar! On my very recent visit to Koraput trip, had planned to stay here with my family for a night and as soon as we reached the hotel we re made wait till 11:30 to get a room. Like this is a total scam that goes on at these places. The hotel management knows it very well that 90% of the tourists come by Hirakhand express which reaches around 9am and by 10am everyone has to get a room but still these scammers wont make the rooms available to you and guess what the breakfast times are 7 to 10 and they give you extra 1hr to sleep and check out and let other tourists wait and struggle to find a room so that they can plan for their day exploration as half of the day is itself wasted here. Now coming on to the room these are same as local lodges. Pathetic. You will be amazed to see the lobby and reception area as they seem like a 3 star hotel but rooms my God pathetic for the money i spent. Rather stay in lodges than preferring these shit places. They even put a board of "sold out" just to create hype that they are in demand Now coming on to good part! They a have a restaurant called "Five star /Koli hut/ Pizza castle " name as confused as there hotel rooms but the food is pocket friendly and tastes good! Can rely here for your dinner. Rooms:2/5 Service:2/5 Food:4/5 Hygiene:2/5 Not recommending!

A good hotel and restaurant in the locality of Semiliguda. Serves good food and has several resources within it. Good place to stay at or drop in for a exotic Lunch or Dinner with friends and Family. Doesn't serve alcohol. Standard Room rent for hotel applicable.

Deluxe rooms are ok... Executive room is good... Food is good... Location is good...

Rooms are Ambience wise ok But lacks in amenities. 1.Big hole in a wall. 2.No toiletries are provide 3.No tea coffee in the rooms.
