The staff were extremely cooperative, polite, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.I would love to highlight the location as well as peacefulness there

The location and room quality were excellent--peaceful, well-maintained, and very comfortable--the overall experience was let down by the service. Room service was extremely slow, and the food, though average in taste, was heavily overpriced. For a hotel with such great potential, the service quality definitely needs improvement.

This hotel is located in a convenient place and it has impressive infrastructure and atmospheric. It has all the necessary facilities. The service quality is moderate.But the taste and quality of the foods are unsatisfactory and not upto the mark. The price doesn't match with the quality of the food.

I was just visited the Rudraksha River Side .It is a lovely and comfortable location and best room service's providing by the staff's and the unique luxury rooms are also looking so good and test of food are amazing and safest location .. and I will be try also to booking and stay in this hotel ever in future..

The staff are unprofessional and their behavior is rough. The food is overpriced, and the service is poor. The hotel cost is too high for the location and the quality of service. I would not recommend this hotel.
