Atmosphere Bar has the best drive-thru customer service I've ever experienced. Special thanks to Mr. Manas the Bar manager and They are so friendly and efficient and they run like a well-oiled machine. And the food is delicious. Thank you for your lovely service.

The room stay was very comfortable. The room service was even more than great!||I took in-room dining, and the food was also very delicious.||All the additional amenities were also very great, like late night room service.||On a brief note, I loved the overall experience and am looking forward to stay here again when I visit Sambalpur.

The accomodation was very good. Pros: 1. Very much clean, tidy, well maintained property. 2. Staff are very much well behaved. 3. This property is having one multi-quisition restaurant at ground floor and another hukka bar cum restaurant at the top. 4. Food is having very good taste and quantity. Choose complementary breakfast during booking, may be a good deal. 5. Location is very near to Sambalpur Junction station approx 200m. 6.Hotel is having their own parking space. Cons. 1. Hotel Location is a little bit away from heart of Sambalpur city. 2. Market/shops outside the hotel area are not up to the mark which may not solve your requirement. For shopping,you have to go to 2.5 km by auto/toto etc. 3. Al-a-carte food menu is well elaborated but much expensive. Normal food menu should be under common man's reach. As a example one piece tawa roti is Rs.40/. One lit package drinking water bottle Rs.38/. This type of price range should be rethink/revisited by the Property owners. Overall very good. Service is very good . Staff are cordial . Food is good . They are ready for upgradation on request if rooms are available. Hotel is located |nice location accessible to all places . Expect them to continuously improve and keep maintaining the standards .
