It was a pleasant stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location and well maintained. Value for money. The rooms/baths are not that modern but good in size and have a balcony etc.

Very good place with spacious rooms. AC & Geyser are available and working in good condition in every room. Staffs are humble, cordial, cooperative and courteous. The in-house restaurant is also good. Foods are also good in quality and quantity. Transport is also available here to travel or for a tour. Food packets are also arranged by the restaurant for the train journey. Tea kettle with tea bags, milk powder, sugar and water bottles are also provided in every room. Only one deficiency is there which the authority might provide. No Wifi facility is there. The management should think about it to provide room wise free Wifi. Overall it is a good place to stay with friends or family for a couple of days for a tour to Sambalpur.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Our room didn't match the website shown pictures, and it was nearly impossible to sleep due to high number of mosquitoes. The "good night" refill provided did nothing to alleviate the issue, leaving us in a frustrating and uncomfortable situation. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. Not recommended!!

A very nice place to stay, it has ample parking for cars, surrounded by a silent nature oriented atmosphere. The staff was excellent and polite.

All the staff are foot polish or can say oil massage of hotel manger bcz it's govt hotel.... In reception hero not available after our lunch to provide a room that we booked before lunch.....he told go for lunch till room is going to ready.... If you have odisha govt power then go to this otdc panthonivas sambalpur other wise don't go...they don't care you are with family or any other ....only govt power

Excellent location with serene environment. Cozy arrangements with lush green surroundings along with a big lawn and garden. Ample amount of parking space. Excellent dinning with affordable rate. Huge parking area. Everything is fine here except tantrums of the so called govt. Property.

It was a great stay at OTDC. I enjoyed it a lot and from the hotel you will get all the access to the town.

Located 4kms from the Sambalpur City station. Pros: 1. Food is nice and tasty 2. Cab service and pricing is good. 3. Staff behaviour is very friendly especially the food staff. Cons: 1. Poor appliances 2. The room seems very old and dirty. 3. The bathroom is not well maintained. Moreover the geyser doesn't work. Taps were continuously leaking. Due to the summer season, hot water is only coming from the tap which makes it impossible to bathe. 4. The AC was making a lot of noise as it was too old. 5. The hotel is not well maintained as dust and leaves were everywhere to be found. 6. Price they were charging for such kind of rooms were too much. Will definitely suggest people to search for other hotels in this price range.
