Hotel Saket

Visited with family members for stay around 4PM. Before that had lunch. We were served rotten fish curry. Because I had cold, I could not smell and took a small bite. It was worst. Later took medicine from medicine store to prevent food poisoning. Asked for glass and salt. No one served, May be because staffs were exhausted. Toilet was very smelly because hotel is next to city drainage canal. Hence did not stayed. Moved to Tribeni hotel. Both food and services are excellent.

Hotel is bad they not give us service and the toilet is daty and one of the room ac is not working

As compared to their service price is too high, they are providing a complimentary breakfast but it's same every day and good . Jst ok ok

As per tariff the room is not up to the mark. Only the corridor is covered by interior decoration otherwise condition of rooms are very poor. Less light and wi-fi. Receptionist are very unprofessional and restaurant foods are excessive priced.

Room was not properly ventilated,messy,old.... unprofessional

I booked this hotel by looking at the images in the maps but it didn't live up to my expectations. My costed me 1800 per night and 400 extra after 2 guests. So I have to pay more for the same small room. The rooms are not properly cleaned and there is no hot water present. In the night there were more than 5 cockroaches in the bed and when I complained they told me they can't do anything. The bathrooms are not maintained and the light bulb was not working. They have a restaurant inside the hotel which is very pricey and food quality is not that good.

One of the worst restaurant I have eaten food. Very very poor quality of food, unavailability of required food. A 14 year boy was taking food order from me. Asked for Bundi Raita and masala drink. But it was over as per them. And food they prepare day time only. Evening time they make it just warm and serve. Paneer Butter Masala was SWEET ZIRA RICE was Raw. They didn't give me a chance to eat it so I had to left #poorfood Dear Hotel if you can't run the restaurant, then shutdown. Don't simply waste our money.
