Rooms were great. Location was very nice.Staffs were good and polite. Food was very tasty

Location is good. Near and cleanness okay. Hotel charges high. Morning complimentary breakfast isn't upto mark. Service staff need proper training. Needs to respect commitment

My stay at the hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel amenities were top-notch. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the staff. Every request was met with efficiency and enthusiasm, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is newly built and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent location if you want to walk around and eat/shop/etc. The only drawback was that even though the staff is polite and tries to be helpful, their room service is not that great. But there are plenty of options nearby, at a walking distance so it's quite manageable. Especially in this price range, it's a pretty decent hotel. Will recommend 9/10.

Nice place to stay in the middile of City. What a multi cuisine restaurant with good and smart service.

The service of hotel team is horrible Food quality and its availability is horrible Most of the food items mentioned on menu card are not available Spoons are not given with food, they are to be asked They don't know that chilli sauce, etc need to be served with soups Half cooked chicken served in chicken -do- pyaza

As its an upcoming new hotel , it's struggling to stand in the competition. One of the few facilities which ll gradually improve are complimentary breakfast , as at present its only room service nd limited due to lack of space for buffet. Then one thing which they need to work into is Ac and taps , Ac is making a lot of sound and remote was not working properly, as there were no shower caps , you have to depend upon tap water which is too slow, better pre plan your bath , as it ll take atleast 10 mins to get a bucket full of water . We had a stay in Room no 302. I request the hotel management to kindly look into this.

Nice and clean rooms , toilataries provided, goodfood , nice cooperative staff.
