Hotel KC Palace

Got a very poor experience with the staff. Non co operative staff. We had one pet and they didn't allow us to keep with us in the sake that the pet might urinate. We told that we have the pot and every other convenience, if anything happens, we will take care of that, but the guy asked you may go anywhere else in but I won't allow you here at 12:30am! Such a welcoming gesture received by the hotel staff even after pre booking.

Wrost Experience of my life in the hotel booking,suggested to all please not book it. It look better from outside but the room is like 300-400 rupee like ordinary lauj. Behaviour of manneger is very unfrofeesional talking like a drinked person. Hotel staff does not know how to behave with their client even they enter your room without permission. Toilet seet is like a sarkari toilet. Hotel is does not offer singal bottel of water in booking of 2200,when im asking for water they offer me unpacked water filled in bottel.

This hotel .....is just like a worst book with a good covering.... seeing from outside you feel like it's luxurious but it is a pathetic conditioned hotel with worst service......they ask you for your family photo for proof....and they ask you to take separate rooms although you are brothers and sisters.....this is the worst hotel I ever visited

Availed service at restaurant, very well maintained, clean and good interior, Food quantity and quality is very good, staff is very humble and quick......overall a 5 star rating for the restaurant.

I like this restaurant because it offers good service, along with that the staffs behaviour is good. This is a veg restaurant so you will find lots of options in veg. The taste of food is also amazing. The important thing is that, this restaurant uses the dinning sets that are healthy. Dining areas are clean as well as the kitchen too. So a big thumbs up from my side.

Good food and service. All the staff behavior is also great. Only that the interior is very much dated and need a major revamp. The wear is now visible on the furniture. Also would like to mention that it is completely vegetarian restaurant. One more experience is that the items has high gravy and lower pieces of paneer/ mashroom. Though taste wise no complaints but needs improvement in some fields.

Gd hotel with gd food... price is higher... anyway gd to stay thr.... foods arealso tasty

A really good experience of having tasty vegetarian snaks and food. All the dishes are prepared with care. Service is excellent. Customers are entertained very well at this restaurant. It is located right on the way from Ainthapali to Burla. And it is one of the good vegetarian restaurant within Sambalpur town. Parking space is available in front of the restaurant for two wheelers and four wheelers. A good option to dine !
