The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life - Avoid at All Costs! If there were an award for the worst hospitality on Earth, this place would win hands down! The rooms reeked of filth, stinking like they hadn't been cleaned in years, with cigarette burns all over. It felt like a cheap, rundown shack, not a hotel. Ordering food? Forget it! You'll probably starve before it arrives because these clowns take a pathetic 2.5 hours to serve food that isn't even worth feeding to stray dogs. And the staff? Rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional! They treat guests like garbage and act as if they're doing you a favor by simply existing. The real nightmare began during checkout. After paying the final bill and leaving, these scammers had the audacity to chase us down halfway to the station, forcefully stop us, and demand an extra 1700 out of nowhere. To top it off, they verbally abused us--IN FRONT OF OUR FAMILY! This place isn't just bad--it's a scam, a nightmare, and an absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry. Stay away unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and scammed out of your money!

One of the worst hotel, Ambience too bad. Initially i booked my room through online using agoda. But when i visit hotel they did not accept my online booking payment. Again they asking amount for booking. If you're not in agoda means then why collabrate with agaida.

Very worst experience ever in a hotel like prestige . Rooms are the worst with a bad smell, giving tap water by saying RO water, unhealthy kitchen plz....check before any order. Not recommended at all.

Terrible staff, dirty, dingy rooms. The price is too much for rooms with old furniture , no hot water and filthy sheets. Not reccomended for decdng people, couples or family at all. Avoid this hotel

I am going to write the real experience and review. I have booked for 2 days online with price of Rs. 4500 including taxes. In the Internet it's showing its a 3 Star hotel, it's an false report I would say. It's like normal 700-1000 Oyo type hotel. Better choose other hotels. Brindaban is best I would say. - Rooms looks good. - It smells very dirty and pungent smell, I have complained many times but no improvement. - I couldn't sleep the whole night for the very strong smell, like rooms were not used for a long time. I have checked other rooms too. That one also smell bad than mine. - AC was not working, they switched off from their side also TV also. If you want to use you have to ask and request them. This is very pathetic. - Hot water also having issues. - They don't clean your room unless until you complain to them. IF you ask they will argue with you. You have not asked to clean, like that he said . Very unprofessional behaviour. - For Breakfast they don't have more food varieties. For tea you have to wait for 30min minimum. So most of the guests leave breakfast, because we have other works too.
