I recently stayed at Hotel Pearl in Rourkela, and it was a wonderful experience! The ambiance is truly inviting, setting a relaxing tone as soon as you enter. The food was delicious, with each dish offering a perfect blend of flavors - truly a treat for the taste buds. The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure every request was met with a smile. Additionally, the management deserves a special mention for their impeccable coordination and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend Hotel Pearl for anyone visiting Rourkela !

Worst lady behaviour who sits at reception. Don't accept credit card payment and inform you the same during your checkout.

One word AWESOME! Though the entry is from the side of the building but the tariff are mostly awesome. I looked for normal room but had to book suite due to unavailability of normal room and it turned out to be one one my best experiences of my life so far. In 1500 per night getting a suite room is an awesome deal. The room has everything u ask for. from 55 inch big TV with all paid HD channels working to big bathroom with bath tub. Full on marks in cleanliness. Daikin AC. The father of all brands in commercial sector. bathroom fittings full branded. Just stay with with family to get best deal and feel for a 5 star like feeling inside the room. I have been to five star with very much less carpet area with 5 times more cost. For business purpose it's best relaxing space after hectic day at work. Get the feel of 5 start room at 10 % of its cost. Full marks to The Hotel Pearl. Service 1 star less since no kitchen

If there is no availability of room then don't accept bookings. If you don't know how to manage a hotel or bookings then hire some professional how to behave or talk rather than accepting booking and denying later by saying we don't have room on arrival. Worst service ever seen. First learn how to manage then open a hotel

This hotel not suitable for business and family . I had a bad experience from the check in to check out. No such professional staff available there . No early check in while the check in time is 11 am.
