Hotel Shyam

Guys starter is good but main course is aweful and service is my god , it's pathetic , worst one of a kind . Totally disappointed

The rooms in the hotel seems a bit old but well maintained. But the only issue is the continuous leakage of water from bathroom taps. Except this everything seems ok. Clean room, delicious food and good service. It is located just 600 meters away from the Rourkela Railway Station and they also provide pick up and drop facility. In the breakfast, buffet is available where you can eat whatever you like from the available menu. In the lunch I ordered Tandoori roti, dal makhani and green salad. Dal was creamy ans delicious and perfect to eat considering the cold weather outside. Along with a restaurant, bar and epic music is also available. Overall it was a nice stay for me.

Well maintained rooms and good hospitality. Railway station & Rourkela Steel Plant are also at a walkable distance.

Good facilities. But the staff need to better trained in how to interact with guests.
