Deepti Courtyard - Luxury Hotel in Rourkela

Our family had a wonderful time. All the services were excellent. From breakfast to open air dinner at the terrace, with nice swimming pool all adds to a very refreshing and complete experience. Fully recommended place for a good stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Deepti Courtyard in Rourkela, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's ambiance is excellent, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and hygienic, ensuring a pleasant stay. The housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping everything tidy and fresh. Additionally, the hotel offers all the necessary facilities, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the staff at this hotel. We had booked the hotel and hall for our wedding over two days, but the staff was rude and unaccommodating. They prevented our photographer and team from using the main lift and did not allow them to take photos in the corridor areas. Additionally, they did not permit us to transport some of our wedding gifts (even though they were simply clothes) to our room. The hotel provided a very small, non-AC cloakroom that was inconvenient, and there was no staff available to assist with this. During the night, the front desk staff was exceptionally rude to our entire group. The makeup team was also not allowed access to common areas, despite having all necessary identification. If you're considering this hotel for an event or wedding, I strongly advise reconsidering. While it is their private property and they are entitled to set rules, the unreasonable conditions and nonsensical regulations we faced made the experience incredibly frustrating. Had I known about these issues earlier, I would have canceled my booking.Over and above all this comes with over pricing, which is just because they show fancy rooms and food taste is very average.

Yumm, awesome tasty food, one must go if you are in Rourkela. All types of cuisine available, worth for price, sufficient quantity, not so spicy or rich, all items made with full taste as much it is needed, Lemon coriander soup, Bharwa Tangdi Kebab, Schezwan Fried Rice, Mushroom Caps are awesome taste n must try

Excellent hotel in Rourkela. Specially will like to mention the courtesy shown to guests by the well trained staff. Good stay as always.

Everything is good but the mattress of the bed is not at all comfortable for sound sleep. I suggest instead of using spring mattress, better to use bonded, ortho mattress. My colleague stayed in another room had the same observation. Food quality also needs to be improve.

Deepti courtyard rooftop, since it has opened has been my regular stop for any occasion or no occasion at all. Always recommended to everybody in and out of Rourkela. But this last experience has let me so down, when I visited for a family get together at the place. The food was utter rubbish, which is not how they usually present, but this time everything was horrible. I left the place with so much regret for taking my guests there which I hyped up so much about. The service was bad, the food was bad, everything was so under that even they screwed up the order especially when we ordered quite a lot of food. That was it. They asked us if we would accept the wrong orders and we politely did, the minimum they could have done is given some kind of compensation from their side which they earlier would. They have no loyalty towards their customers , no responsibility, the manager or the people in charge were not even bothered to intervene. It was a really bad experience for me and my guests, to not ever go back to the place. Please bring in hospitable staffs, people actually who know their jobs.

It was a luxurious experience at Deepti courtyard,the restaurant staff hospitality and service were excellent ,one the amazing place in Rourkela for food .
