Hotel Swastik Palace

Nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-ventilated. It's near the main road, so markets and transport are easy to reach, and the area is still quiet and calm. Mornings on the balcony are especially refreshing, perfect for enjoying a peaceful start to the day. The staff is courteous and helpful

Rooms are okay. Service was laid back. No Sealed Bisleri Bottle was provided. The owner demanded for cash for everything. Digital payment needs GST billing

Clean, airy, large rooms and well maintained washrooms. Swastik palace has got this basics right. Only two issues stop it from getting 5 stars. 1. Incoming road/gully is too narrow. A single car a difficulty going through, if even a bike is coming from opposite side, road is jammed. Not sure what solution could be found. 2. There is no permanent kitchen staff / basic nesescity.. Getting a cup of tea is difficult ... This can be remedied easily. Owner just has to keep a working fridge, couple of litres of milk and some tea leaves, cups etc readily available in the already present kitchen.

I am staying in one night and the room service is very poor, there is no DG for current and no pantry for food as par room, rate is little bit higher.

Staff and owner behaviour not good..no room service..very very poor hotel..

Rooms are very clean and classy modern. The only problem is that the food that will you have order from other restaurant.
