Pramod Convention & Beach Resort

Excellent 4 days I spent here. Nice room, courteous staffs, and nice food. Highly recommended and five star. The rooms are spacious and clean, attended everyday by cleaning staff. Complimentary breakfast is excellent also with lots of options. Ever reddy "May I help" desk for everything, from local restaurent recommendation to a bowl of salt for gurgle. I enjoyed very much.

I've been coming to this restaurant every evening for the past four years, and it's been an amazing experience throughout. The food is consistently tasty, freshly prepared, and satisfying. The staff is always courteous and attentive, making me feel welcome every single day. The warm atmosphere and reliable service have made this place a second home for me. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality and consistency.

Stayed with my elderly mother for 3 days and 2 nights, really liked the hospitality, service, cleanliness of this hotel. I would like to mention Mr. Deb, for his prompt and courteous service. Adjacent restaurant is also clean and serve good quality food. I would definitely recommend this property for other travelers. One thing, I should mention that the quantity of the food at the restaurant is more than enough for one person, so order frugally.

The resort was really beautiful and nice. The food was great and the staff was also polite. Pandit Babu bhai was also great, he gave a really great darshan of Jagannath temple. The rooms were really comfortable. The beach is also close from the hotel.

Ds is the perfect place to stay with family, staffs behavior/service very good. Special the location, its at perfect place. Hygienic n cleanness no 1, resort inside is fully greenish, cafeteria is in center of d hotel which is one of d attractive place of d hotel.

Rooms were cozy and nice with all amenities. Private pool access was very nice. Room service very good. Restaurant staff were excellent. Especially Liza took care of us really well during our breakfast on both days. It would have been excellent if the hotel had a direct access to the beach.

Overall, it was an underwhelming experience--especially given the steep prices. While the room was decent in many ways, it was clear that cleaning had been rushed and maintenance neglected in spots (look at the pictures attached with the review). Certain areas were surprisingly dirty, which made the stay feel far below the premium standard it claims. One particularly baffling issue was the restaurant setup. The food itself was fantastic but there was no washroom on the same floor as the dining area. Guests have to go to a completely different floor, which is both inconvenient and poorly thought out. The location is great, but there are other premium options nearby that offer a far better overall experience for the price. I'd recommend looking into those instead.
