Rooms are well maintained, air conditioning, Tv facility and room service for food are available. It is budget friendly accommodation. Location of the Hotel is 200 meters from Sea beach. But, it is in the middle of a crowded market place with narrow roads, so it is difficult during high traffic conditions.

I stayed for one night at this hotel a few days ago. It has clearly been newly renovated and is simply but nicely decorated. The bedroom, bathroom and small dining room were all very clean and we were impressed at this little hotel which is very reasonably priced for being in the centre of town. There were 2 young men at reception who spoke excellent English and could not have been more helpful with all our queries including getting me a SIM card. Breakfast was freshly cup up papaya, toast, and any Indian breakfast you wanted - it was delicious.

I recently stayed at HOTEL PETAL during my trip to Puri, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is exactly as shown in the photos, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. One of the best parts is that the beach is just a 7-10 minute walk away, making it a convenient choice for travelers. However, the hotel is located about 700 meters inside from the main road, and the narrow street often faces traffic congestion due to auto-rickshaws. This can be a bit inconvenient at times. A couple of small improvements would make the stay even better: 1. A wall clock in the rooms would be useful. 2. Providing hangers for clothes would add to the convenience of guests. A special thanks to Mr. Duryodhan Sahoo for his hospitality and assistance during our stay. Would recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable stay near the beach!

Me and family had a very good experience staying here. The staff is prompt and helpful. We ordered from their kitchen the food was fine as per our taste. The service was really smooth and they made our stay memorable. Keep up the good work.

I stayed for 3 days in this hotel. Even though it's a small hotel, it is clean and has spacious rooms. Some balconies have brilliant sunlight. The hotel also has a workable elevator, so it is a good place to stay with elderly people. Also has good hot water supply. That being said, there was a problem with the wifi in the rooms. We booked 2 rooms, and one had a problem with the flush system in the bathroom. Services were slow, most of the problems didn't get solved. So I gave it a 3.5 stars. But I would recommend the hotel if you have a short stay in puri.

I recently stay at and had terrible experience ( 12 to 15 September, 2024). It was marred by inadequate accommodation. There was no electricity in the room for a long period and there was problem with the voltage, generator was not working properly. This was creating a mess and can't sleep properly at night, we were left feeling uncomfortable throughout the night. Despite repeated requests the staff was not helping us. The room was provided in poor condition, it was also mentioned that they will be providing mineral water instead they provided normal water. No toiletries and kettle was provided which was mentioned before booking. The worst part was behaviour of the staff, he was very rude and uncooperative . He was ill mannered and disgraceful, when we asked for bill he refused to give us even after paying money to him. I recommend to everyone who ever see my review please don't visit there as they as they don't behave properly.

This made it impossible to sleep properly and left us feeling uncomfortable. Despite repeated requests, the staff was not helpful. The room was in poor condition and they did not provide the promised mineral water or toiletries. The staff was rude and uncooperative, refusing to give us a bill even after we paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
