Experience with Hotel stay Arrangements is Excellant. Food is delicious, tasty and Healthy. Courteous staff. Will recommend to family n friends. Tour trip coordination by Southern Travels company has made our entire experience most joyful and memorable.

Breakfast was good ..staffs are mannered ...ambience is average ...chicken Biryani was terrible and was not cooked properly and was tasting stale ...mixed vegetable was also very sweet ...Need to improve food quality ...no facility of cloth drying was present.thanks to service staff.

The food was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the staff was good. Although the roads leading to the place are not at all in good condition, but that doesn't matter. Swimming pool was not functional as well. The perimeter is good too. Parking is available.

Room cleanlynes was missing and door lock was not working later they fixed. Swimming pool water was full green. Approach road to the hotel was quite bad from main road.|Complimentary breakfast was good |Over all experience was average. Need too update.

Very nice stay during 17.8.24 to 20.8.24. Well maintained and supporting staff, nice food in restaurant. Bad thing is approach road is not good and was full of mud in rainy season. Must be improved as soon as possible to interact more people.

I had booked 3 suites for 3 nights at this property. Worst Front office team that you will ever have the misfortune of meeting. |This hotel is situated in one of the buildings in a housing society. That wasnt rhe impression I had gotten from the pictures on travel websites.|The ineptness and horrible attitude of the front office lead by the manager, Aditya and others will turn this okayish property stay into a horrible experience.|The housekeeping team is absolutely Brilliant and very supportive. Shame that the other staff at this property decided to the other extreme of customer service. Food is ok but the food preparation time is a bit longer than what I have experienced.|Also be prepared to pay a lot for everything. Please check and confirm the list of inclusions and exclusions before you book. We paid 600 rs for keycards dropped by my family towards missing items.|And also be prepared to receive calls from front office at all times during the night to remind you of additional charges. I had received a call at 1240 am (1240 in the night) to remind me of the charges for 1 extra kid bed we had requested for a room.|Overall, horrible customer service by front office made us leave with a bad taste in our mouths. Susanta and Madhabi from housekeeping team are real stars.

All the services the best with excellent hospitality... House keeping staff are gd. Food quality is excellent. Room service staff are good with behavior. Bikash,dibya is very good service and fornt office staff is very good. Nice place and nice hotel.
