Positive feed back: 1.Room is okay but not upto the mark of price worthy. 2.staffs are polite but need improvement in professionalism. 3.sea facing rooms are better and clear vision to the sea from the rooms.distance is hardly 200 Metre from the hotel to the beach. 4.parking is available. 5.overall ambience is pleasant. Negative feedback: 1. Telephone of the hotel is not working properly most of the time and no rectification after informing to the hotel. 2. Manipulation and delaying in food providing facility.I ordered food in morning 7 Am but food is provided at 9 Am that is partially and they are not even concern for the cause. 3.more cleaning is required.

Hotel Beach Resort -- Biggest Scam Ever! We stayed at Hotel Beach Resort with our full family -- around 20 people -- and had booked 8 rooms, expecting a nice experience. It turned out to be the WORST decision ever! First of all, the name itself is a complete lie. It is nowhere near a beach and it is definitely NOT a resort. It's located in a noisy, dirty area, surrounded by nothing but mess. Absolutely misleading! The hotel lacks even the most basic etiquette. The staff were extremely rude, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. They behaved as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. Every request was met with arrogance and zero courtesy. They don't even allow outside food, forcing us to order from their so-called kitchen. And what they served was simply inedible! Stale, rubbery chapatis, tasteless cold food, and to top it all, they never even completed our full order! Every time we asked, they rudely said, "The kitchen is closed" -- even when it was clearly still dinner time. Everything about this hotel is bad. Horrible location. Disgusting food. Staff with no manners. False advertising. Complete disrespect towards guests. Despite booking 8 rooms and bringing in a huge family group, we were treated shamefully. Hotel Beach Resort is nothing but a scam. Save yourself the trouble -- DO NOT STAY HERE. One of the worst hotels ever.

If there would have been something less than 1star then I would've rated that only. The experience was completely disgusting. Starting from service to rooms to food to location, everything was super bad. The room service and waiters didn't pay heed to your requests. I went there with my family of 30 members and whenever we were to take a meal, they served the meal for only 10 people and then said the kitchen is closed amd food won't be available for the rest of the family members. Howsoever, the interesting part is they charged for full meal for 30 people without even feeding them. On one occasion we stood against these atrocities and asked for the food to be served to everyone and what they did was even shocking for us, they ordered stale chapatis from outside amd served us. We even complained about this to the GM. Also, they denied giving the blankets, bed sheets and pillows in the rooms. The service and the complete experience is absolutely disastrous. My only suggestion is that if you want your trip to be the most memorable one then do avoid visiting this hotel as it is good for absolutely nothing. And trust me the words and this comment is not even doing the justice to what we've gone through for 3 days straight.

I have stayed here with my family and booked 5 rooms from 16 Mar-25 to 18 Mar 25. I had a mixed experience. Starting from bad, 1. Since we booked 5 rooms in January 25 beach facing. They confirmed that our rooms are sea facing but denied when we arrived there. After many negotiations they provide 2 sea facing rooms. 2. 10% discount on food applicable to person stay at hotel but they do not informed early and when we inquired about the same, staff told that we have generated the bill. You should have told earlier. I could have save 500 rupees. 3. We were around 15 people, 5 among them were leaving earlier and told staffs to pack the breakfast for other people but they initially denied and agreed after hours of negotiations. 4. Breakfast was not upto the mark. Very few items and everyone had to wait for the puri. However, the taste was good. Coming to good one 1. Rooms were very clean and hygenic 2. All bedsheets and towel was also clean 3. TV, AC everything was working good 4. Location from beach is approx 200 meters only. No need to golden or swargdwar beach if you want to bath. 5. Food taste was good. We had dinner and lunch there only. 6. Food was served as per choice of visitor. My grand mother does not liked the food of resturant. On our request they provided the customize food for her as per her taste. So it was good. 7. The chef was very understanding. 8. People co-ordinating with food department were more co-operative that the normal reception staffs. 9. Parking was also there.

Very bad experience. The service was very bad. They did not even provide us with complementary water, we had to call several times for the water. Bedsheets had stain on them and the rooms were dirty. They did not clean the room at all when we arrive. The TVs were not working. They charged us 406 for a bottle of water when we checked the bill. They also added extra water bottle price which we did not order. For using lift every time need to use stairs around 10 which is difficult for old people and patient.

The hotel is located near to the sea beach at Baliapanda. Easily travel to Jagannath Temple by using electric auto. The room staffs are friendly & co-operative. Parking for four wheeler is available.

Overall I have Stayed heir 3 nights. Enjoyed to stay at heir. Rooms were hygienic and good. Breakfast and Dinners were also good and tasty. Near to Beach. If you want to travel to Jagannath Temple 2.5 Kms away but EV Autos are available to reach there. Overall nice place to stay.
