I had an absolutely terrible experience at Hotel La Platina, and I regret booking it. I made my reservation online through the app "Make My Trip", and they took full advance payment. The app is well trusted by many but they also neglect the details, they should go through the place before they recommend it.However, what I got in return was nothing but disappointment. The room was in a pathetic state--dirty, poorly maintained, and completely different from the pictures shown online. The furniture was old and worn out, and the bed sheets and pillows didn't seem fresh at all. There was dust everywhere, and it felt like the room hadn't been cleaned properly for ages. The staff was extremely slow and unresponsive. No matter how many times I called, they either ignored my requests or took hours to respond. Even basic things like fresh towels and drinking water were not provided unless asked multiple times. 3. Electronics Not Working: The AC was making strange noises and barely worked, the TV not working and the lights were flickering. Even the geyser didn't work, so there was no hot water available. One of the biggest disappointments was that they had no proper food service. When I asked about meals, they said the kitchen was not operational, and I had to order food from outside. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking, and it was highly inconvenient. The hotel charges a premium price for a budget-level service. The online reviews and pictures were misleading because the reality was completely different. It was overall a very unpleasant stay, and I couldn't wait to check out. I would never recommend Hotel La Platina to anyone. The management doesn't care about guests, the services are awful, and the place is not worth a single penny. If you are considering this hotel, save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Its a scam! Beware! 1. Beach : Its true that the beach is 500m from the hotel but the beach is vacant. There are no people or food stalls there. The main sea beach is near sargodwar, which is approximately 3 km from this location. 2. Transport : The Transport here is very very expensive as they have a union. From the spot to sargodwar they will charge a fixed rate of 150. Mostly you will find a vehicle outside the Spot or else you have to walk up to the main road which is around 100 m to get a transport. In the afternoon you will not get Transport. The guard here is not helpful at all to get you the Transport. The staff of La platina will also not assist you with this. 3. Rooms : It is like a one room flat consisting of a bedroom, living room with sofa, verandah, washroom and kitchenette. The rooms are not well maintained. The property is made is 2015 (approximately). The outside area (lawn) is nice for walking or sitting. The lift doesn't work well. It doesn't stop at 2nd floor. The price of each room per day is around 2500 which is very overpriced for the facilities provided. 4. Food : There are only 2 restaurants inside the complex. They are costly. Wildberry Hotel is better than Pipul hotel. Outside food is allowed. That is a relief. There are no nearby hotels or even tea stalls. 5. Pool : The pool is also a scam. It is written in the details of the hotel that it is 100 per person , per day, but in reality it is 100 for 1 person for 1.5hrs not the whole day. The pool is neat and clean. The music system is nice.

It's not a resort or hotel.You can say only guest house.Wrong information uploaded in Make my trip site.It is too far from temple and sea beach near about 5 km.You cannot expect any room service facility and minimum expectation service like hotel.We have been experienced a pathetic service from hotel authority as below- 1.In entire our tour T.V.is not working condition and they are failed to restore the connection. 2.Bathroom sanitary fittings are in broken conditions. 3.Rats are roaming around the room.Our luggage was spoiled due to rat. 4.In our apartment,lift was not in working condition as well as the apartment where La Platina reception is being operated I was stuck between two floor in the lift and no painc alarm or bottom is not working condition.

One of my worst stay ever. Most of the shown facilities are just for name or you can say false. I have booked 2 Premium Suites at once and below are the negatives. Nothing positive on which it can prove me wrong. Some of the reasons are as follows: 1) No proper welcome on arrival 2) You will not find any parking for 4 wheelers (which was my 1st preference) 3) The behaviour of the staffs are very casual towards the customers. Like they do not give a shit for your convenience or comfort. 4) On check-in we found that both our rooms have different set-up. One has sofa, other doesn't. One has fridge, the other doesn't etc. 5) There will never be a perticular person to attend your issues. 6) I gave complaint on arrival that the bedroom lights are not working, fan was too noisy and felt risky to sleep under, AC had no control panel, nor the remote was working. For this reason I had to wakeup multiple times during my sleep the whole night. 7) After giving complaint to 3 contact persons, noone showed up. Even the property contact person stopped responding at one call. 8) The do not general courtesy to provide drinking water to customers 9) Intercom not working 10) Lift is always faulty. Had to go to 5th floor on stairs 3 times. Many more to say. But I believe this much is more than enough. I booked these suites to give it a try above staying hotel. But after my stay only I came to know that all the ratings on online for this property are completely fake. Unfortunately, I had to choose for the 1 star as it is mandatory to continue the review process. But, these people doesn't even deserve the 1 star also.

I am writing to express my nightmarish experience with my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was not going to be a pleasant experience. First, the check-in process was disorganized and painfully slow. Despite having a reservation. When I finally got to my room, it was far from pics shown in the Makemytrip website. Which set a frustrating tone for the rest of my stay. Bathroom was in poor condition with molds everywhere. The bed had a strange odor, and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. It was impossible to relax in such an unclean environment. When I tried to call the front desk to report the issue, I was left on hold for over one hour. When I finally got through, I received no assistance or resolution, which made the situation even more frustrating. The switches of Ceiling fan didn't work properly. Despite my complaints, no one came to fix it. Overall, my experience at La Platina Premium Suites Resort was nothing short of a disaster. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will be sure to avoid staying here again in the future. It's clear that the management doesn't prioritize guest comfort or satisfaction. I hope this feedback helps bring attention to these issues for future guests.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional, and the bathroom was unhygienic with no amenities provided. The small geyser was inadequate, and the bathtub was completely useless. The complimentary breakfast was subpar and not worth it. I strongly advise choosing other hotels, especially for families. Definitely not recommended.

Scam Alert! Save yourself from getting scam with this location and even surrounding around this location. La Pristina doesn't exist at google map location and when you are afraid of getting lost. You need to call them, they disconnected the call. I tried another number which got picked up and they told to come to another place named Krishna sea resort. You can't take your vehicles to the room, go by walk for 200 meters. Rooms are dreadful. It's not hotel just 1 bhk flat. Save yourself from restaurant,tour & travel located around this place. Too far and too expensive with rude behaviour in bonus.

By far The worst hotel I have ever stayed in ever 1 .Entire Rooms Rooms including curtain , pillow not fully neat & cleaned 2. The staff were not cooperative at all ..have to ask 5-6 times for getting any basic needs 2.The room is full of damp 3) pathetic unhygienic bathrooms 3.No black out curtain for privacy 4). Shows pics with different rooms on make my trip and Actual rooms was very small and had one bed only, whereas in the pics they showed two . 5. Actual apartment complex is very far from the sea beach area 6. Worst experience, road connectivity issues, far from beach, highly priced. Pls don't waste your money here.
