Hotel Tara Palace

This establishment provided exceptional service during my recent stay. The accommodation were comfortable and well maintained exceeding my expectation. The staff demonstrated professionlism and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

*Review of Tara Palace (December 24-28, 2024)* We recently stayed at Tara Palace from December 24, 2024, to December 28, 2024. Our experience was disappointing, and we would like to share the following feedback: - A 10% service charge is added to all room orders on the bill amount. - The restaurant service was poor, slow, and the food taste was average. The prices were also high compared to the quality of food. - The hotel had a limited selection of dishes and crockeries for delivery, and not even basic items like flasks were available. - The bed sheets were torn and had black spots. - Despite requesting a change of towels and bed sheets, the hotel staff replied that they did not have any extra. - The rooms were infested with cockroaches. - The travel desk charged an extra 1,000 for site seeing and promised good service, but the drivers and cabs provided were subpar. The hotel staff did not even ask about our travel experience after we returned. - *Important note:* We would advise against booking the hotel's travel desk services. Overall, our stay was average, and we would recommend avoiding booking at this hotel.

Not a good place to stay if you are traveling with young children. They are very very strict on 8am check out. They will stand outside the door at 7:30am Otherwise the staff is polite and great location if you are to experience the beach

Very bad.Unhygenic, smelling bathroom,cockroaches all around, bad staff. Bad behaviour. Please do not go. They are not cooperating. Advance le lete hein jaan bujh kar fir mana kar dete hein. Don't go.

Ok types price is high as per room decor. Breakfast is not included in 2800 single occupancy that too on weekdays.

Before 1yr it's a better hotel,now it's worst, service zero,no parking,food quality very bad.so don't waste your money,room cost very high. Totally worst hotel.

Miserable experience... Bed was dull of bugs ... Whole family couldn't sleep whole night .... Complained next morning... They told tats how it is ... Has to search room some other hotel and checked our of Tara Palace by 11 am .. but they charged for 2 nights ... Cheating and adamancy to the ultimate !!!! We were travelling with 2 elders of 80+ age ... Whole trip was spoilt because of this hotel ... Please never book these type of hotels..

1)The security staff is miss Behaviour,the security staff has nexus with auto driver for charging extra charge after check out for transportation to bus stand or railway station. 2)Room cleaning was not good,cockrochs found in room. 3)The restaurent service is extremely slow in providing food. 4)The sleeping mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. 5)there is no chair provided in room and table was very small. the ground staffs are very good.
