All 4 stars belongs to Rasmita madam for her prompt actions.Little bit unprofessionalism, lethargy by staff. A hotel with all ingredients to provide great customer value provided management take "small" things seriously.

Good hotel. Rooms are spacious. The location of the hotel is also good. Food quality of the restaurant definitely needs to be improved. The room has low lighting. Blue Flag Beach/ Golden Beach is located at a 10-minute walking distance from the hotel. The hotel also provides a cab service for nearby excursions, which is a much needed thing for a puri trip, though the prices are slightly on the higher side for the same. Overall,it's a recommended place.

Good service, clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff is really polite and responsive. At this price range, this is one of the best hotels in Puri. Location is also. It's quite close to Jagannath Temple. Truly satisfied with my experience here. jyy jgnnaath

Hotel puri waves is one of the affordable yet very great rooms you cab find in puri. It's a small hotel but the room's and staff are great. 10/1] for rooms and cleanliness

The hotel location is good, but before booking, please take the booking and pricing confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Be aware that they may ask you to change hotels after one night if they receive a higher booking. It's important to be cautious since Puri is a holy place.

The room was clean and comfortable,and the staff were warm and welcoming. All are nice
