Total Fraud Amount: 4000||||I searched the phone number of this hotel in Puri (Park Beach resort Puri) in Google. Someone contacted me soon claiming to be manager of the hotel. His WhatsApp account showing business account. He asked me to pay 50% of the total amount (7500) for 3days booking for ac room non sea facing. After I paid 3000, he again called me and asked me for paying full amount 7500+500 extra so that he will upgrade my booking to a sea facing room. I denied to pay remaining 5000 and paid 1000 instead. Then he again called me asking for booking confirmation and tried to trick me by giving me direction to go to Google Pay and send him a note and in amount section insert some value 7000. By then I understood his motive and denied to pay more.

Beware of this hotel - It's a SCAM! I booked this hotel after seeing it listed on Google and paid an advance payment as per their requirement. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. After paying, I discovered that this so-called "hotel" doesn't actually provide any services or accommodations. Infact I guess this hotel Doesn't even Exists...They are just scamming people by taking advance payments and then disappearing. Don't ever call on the number mentioned in google. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they stopped responding after they received my money. It's heartbreaking and infuriating that such fraudulent operations can exist. If you're considering booking here, DON'T. Protect your money and look elsewhere. I will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities to prevent others from falling victim

To Park beach resort authority The contact no shown in Google is a fraudulant no. I myself has been a victim of the scam. A guy named Rajesh Malhotra, introducing himself as hotel manager , picks up the call and takes money in name of reservation. Please look into it, as it is only ruining your good name.

Kindly DO NOT BOOK this Hotel via Google search or official website. DO NOT CALL THE OFFICIAL PHONE NUMBER given in the website too..... There is a scam/fraud going on across 40-50 hotels of Puri which are totally booked online. If u want to book a hotel in Puri, always first arrive in Puri and then book your room/s physically after arriving in sea beach. Never book any Hotel in India online. Do not Trust anybody.
