Rooms are good but the behaviour of the manager is very bad ........check out time sharp 7.00am or else takes extra charge but the servents are very good helpful but the manager is a very bad and third class person The actual owner is very good person....he comes sometimes in the hotel and he is friendly

In top floor we and our friend family stay there, there happend a paranormal activity..outomatic bathroom door opened..for 2 times though the door was lock..two bed in this

It's nice , but rooms are very small size, good behavior by all staff , good location, over all nice stay

This is a good hotel near Puri sea beach. Staff behavior is good. There is a hotel in the ground floor which provides lunch and dinner. Food quality is average. I stayed on the hotel a number of times with my family. AC Rooms are clean.

Absolutely rubbish place no proper sanitation, unhygienic cramped rooms

Puri has multiple pristine beaches and the legendary Lord Jagannath Temple. But you will be surprised to learn that it also has a little piece of hell If you want a taste of the worst hospitality available in Puri, make sure to come to Hotel Mayur. This place is a step away from Swargadwar beach, but perhaps decades away from quality hospitality. We stayed there for two nights, all paid in advance via Make My Trip. After we checked in, we were taken to room No. 109, a double deluxe room at the corner of the second floor. As soon as the door opened, we realized we had been duped. We paid close to 8000/- for two days but it was clear that this was a room not worth the price. It was a third grade arrangement to say the least. The furnitures were cracked, infected with mites that left dust everywhere. The TV wasn't working, the AC remote was broken. There was no wifi. Yet those were the least of our problems. We passed quite a few decent rooms on the way, so I approached the manager to discuss the matter and seek an alternate room or an upgrade. However, he exploded into my face. This baboon of a man lacked the basic decency required in a civilized society. He was aggressive and at one point of time it appeared that he would try to assault me. Only the intervention of the other staff stopped me from calling the authorities and pressing charges. Since it was rush hour (31st December) there were no other hotels available. We weathered the storm, managing to stay in this third class hotel that taught us another valuable lesson in life. Bottomline, if you are looking to stay in Puri, steer clear of this abyss, this institution of Hades, this rot straight out of the netherworld. I shall return to Puri again and again, but never again will I step foot at this doorsteps of hell.

The rooms are small but compact. Both ac & non-ac. A few steps away from sea beach. There is no lift service, only stairs available. Washroom and toilet are clean. Food is of good quality but little costly. Overally recommended.

The room rents are around 2200-2600 ( in g-maps, MakeMyTrip and etc.). But those are too small to stay. I was totally astonished seeing the room for the first time. It was too small to be paid 2200(~). Room service is fair. The only thing to be praised, is the locational advantage. Any one who is for non-ac rooms can try 'Mayur'. Thank you.
