Hotel Krusti Resort

I recently had a disappointing experience with [Hotel Name]. The staff seems clueless about customer service, and their approach is unprofessional. The manager didn't fare any better, displaying a clear lack of understanding of how to interact with customers. The employees' attitude towards patrons is concerning, and it reflects poorly on the hotel's overall service quality. Avoid this place unless they revamp their customer service approach

We have stayed here from 24.12.2024 to 29.12.2024 . All the services are fantastic. Service proving people's are too nice. In all respect this is a very good Hotel. The owner behavior is too good. Recommend people to visit once.

The manager's attitude was intolerable. I had already booked the hotel and paid money online. When I went there they gave me rooms on the ground floor, and they were stinking. The manager asked for more money for changing the rooms. I was helpless. He behaved as if he didn't need customers. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

I am posting this review a second time so that people an aware of what they will have to deal with in this hotel. We had a really bad experience at this hotel and restaurant. They only treated nicely to those who shared their background and language. They even were giving slang in their own language, making it impossible for us to understand them. We ordered lunch but ended up being completely ignored, so we decided to leave and eat outside. After two hours, a staff member came out to say we had ordered food but had gone elsewhere to eat.We explained that we were ignored, but they just became rude and insisted we pay for food we never received. To make matters worse, we witnessed the staff fighting with other guests who didn't speak their language. They even scolded a little girl who was playing alone, making her cry while her parents were in the room because of their fight with the parents for food that they also didn't receive. Later, the manager called us about drinks we had already paid for, treating us poorly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we would never visit this hotel or restaurant again based on how we were treated. And don't ever come to this restaurant and if you think I am lying I have video evidence of the entire fight between staff members guests. I need to add one more thing we called the room service for cleaning but got ignored for for two days worst experience never come to this hotel

Peaceful and pleasant stay at krushti resort, it is very close to beach and railway station but far from temple, Room service was good and rooms are spacious but selected rooms have serene sea view. Checkout time is 7 am which is very odd in hotel industry but they arranged to accommodate our luggage as our train was at 11 am, The manager and staff were helpful in nature. Overall our stay was comfortable, I will prefer stay here once again if checkout timings are taken care off..

One of the great hotel in puri Hotel manager and staffs are very helpful nature. I'm so happy for the hospitality..

Good experience. One thing that has to be improved- Lights in the rooms, as the lights are very dim and low. Overall a very good hotel.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay..all the staffs are very good over here nd helpful too...The environment of this resort is also good ...the food is good the rooms are good the staffs are good nd ultimately the resort is good...
