HOTEL AAVAAS

First time here and I should say this that the rooms are good, spacious and very clean. The staff and the service was nice. We did have a few power cut issues but I guess that's not a regular issue and yes we did have the power backup so not a big deal. The car parking is a bit tight and you'll have to get the food from restraunts a little bit far away .... other than that all is good and I had no single issues with this

This is a nice hotel, which is very much like a home. We have spent 4 nights there. The good things about the hotel - If you don't like the crowded places (like swargadwar) and just want to spend the days peacefully beside the sea, then it's a nice place. *The beach is some 3 mins walk (road beside bipadtarini temple). *The hotel staff is good enough. *Hotel fare is reasonable. *The hotel has a beautiful sea facing roof. *Things that are not that much good -- If you plan to travel all the nearby places like Nandankanan, Konark, Udaygiri, Chilika etc. then this place might not be suitable as you have to spend a lot of money to the totowalas. *And still if you want to travel all the places from this hotel, then you have to come here as a group to reduce the expenses. *2 people + Aavaas hotel + plan to travel all the spots mentioned above, is a bad idea. *The hotel should have its own Toto service. Although toto is easily available. *Food you need to order from the hotel, or you have to walk some minutes to find. *Blanket and bed sheet should have been better. So, in one sentence - it's a beautiful hotel to just come and relax, not for extensive traveling.

I have resided in this hotel with my family for three days in April 2025. As this was an online booking, we were sceptical about quality. Although, when we arrived, we have been amazed to see the hotel environment. The rooms we have booked were AC rooms for two persons. We got rooms with ample cleanliness, space and ofcourse a spacious and hygienic bathroom. They will give you two dustbins each in room and bathroom. If it is filled, you can ask them yo clear it everyday and they will do that. The rooms we have booked costed 1,500/- per night and I must admit that this is a very very reasonable price in the area of Baliapanda where the hotel is located. You cannot find hotels in this price in this areaas most are 5 or 7 star hotels. This hotel, although not a 5 or 7 star but will give you a very soothing and premium feeling of stay in Puri. The most important thing is what every customer wants is a cooperative staffing service. The staffs in this hotel are available always to help you, even before arriving to the hotel, they will answer all your queries. In any need, you are free to contact them and they will provide the best help possible. They also have contacts of auto drivers, toto drivers and Pandas of Shri Jagannath Temple, whom you can contact to get services in reasonable price followed by polite behaviour. Only one issue which we have found is the transport in this area. Most of the people generally prefer the Swargadwar area to visit, which is 2 kilometres away from this area. So, if you want to go to Swargadwar area, you have to spend a little bit of money in transport. But, that can be seemed to you as okay while comparing the quite environment of this Baliapanda area compared to the Swargadwar area. We must admit, that, even in the presence of the last negetive point, hotel Aavaas has most of the positive points which a hotel must have. So, I highly recommend this hotel to be considered for stay in Puri with a completely premium and soothing experience overall.

A beautiful hotel, with sea view. The manager is extremely kind and sincere. The staff is cordial and helpful. They give you good value premium rooms with balcony at a low budget, and the hospitality they offer is absolutely worth the stay. I would love to come back here again whenever I visit Puri next.

Hotel staff was really polite and helpful. Room were clean. The property is also great. Only con is the blanket covers were clean but had stains and it did not have a kitchen.

It was an excellent 5 days stay (26th December to 31st December 2024) at Hotel Aavaas at Puri. Very nice and well maintained rooms, good interior, quality sprig mattress, bathroom is neat and clean enough even in the huge crowd of the Christmas and New Year vacation time. Owner is a real gentlemen person and helpful enough. Overall it was an memorable stay at Puri

Very specious and clean room and washrooms.... Owner and staffs are very cooperative...peaceful atmosphere... Nice stay 13th to 16 th March.. With family.. Beach 200mtr from hotel..but Sargadwar and bajar distance from Hotel 2.5 km approximately.... Thank u
