Grand Resort

It was a balanced experience. The location is great. You can see the temple and sea from your rooms. However, the rooms can be cleaner. The bed can be more comfortable. Don't get fooled by tripadvisor rating.

Worst experience for customer service. We had to wait for 45 minutes for 6 cups of tea. Even after that we left the hotel without tea which they said was complimentary..after 4 to 5 phone calls to reception nobody was ready to deliver water bottle to room..it's worst don't pay such huge amount for this third class service of this hotel.

Very good hotel with all modern amenities and lift, good quality food at affordable price, friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home. Location from sea beach about 1km,with regular e rikshaw service to the beach morning and evening. We had booked 2 executive rooms for 3 nights on the top floor,from where the view of the sea was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay here at Grand resort. It is one of the best hotel to stay with family. We loved their hospitality and food service was so good. Thanks to Utkal events and holidays for helping us to choose this hotel

Had a lovely stay at this resort. Right from the beginning, our train reached puri at 1am in the night and they were still ready for us and made sure we had no issues settling in. The staff are very courteous and helped us with whatever we needed at all times. Rooms are spacious and clean, overall experience was very pleasant.

Very hygiene and well maintained rooms. Staffs are very well mannered. Owner of the hotel is a true gentleman. Especially behaviour and facilities provided by the hotel r praiseworthy. Swimming pool is clean n well maintained. Foods are awesome taste. Breakfast is unlimited buffet full of deliciousness. Recommended for visit.

The hotel staff and. Service members are extremely polite and helpful. Helped in many requests and it was pleasant stay at this hotel . Surprising thing is all the plug points are US and Asia plug points supported . Thumbs up

We stayed with family. We were 8 people. Extremely good hospitality. Service is good. Rooms were very neat and clean. Best part - very close to beach with free "ToTo" service.
