If there was a system for giving minus stars, I would definitely give this hotel a minus 100 stars. I have never faced such a horrible experience in my life. First of all, the hotel doesn't have any servants or hotel boy who can at least carry the guests' luggage inside. Our room was on the first floor and we had to pull them ourselves. Secondly, their dog. Sometimes the dog sits in front of the door or on the stairs in such a way that it is impossible to come and go. Even if you call the hotel owner with a problem, She doesn't pick up the phone. The hotel is extremly, dirty. There are bed bugs on the bed. They can bite at night. The TV always says no connection. The ceilling fan regulator doesn't work. In short, the entire amount of money paid for staying at this hotel was wasted. Most importantly, At the time of booking, they will say that no prepayment is required, but immediately after booking, the hotel will call and ask for money to confirm the booking. I would definitely request to the tourists, especially about this J.K. INN, never stay at this hotel. If necessary, stay at the platform but still never stay at this hotel.

This is a fraud hotel which lists itself under different names (example, Hotel JK Inn) to scam people. Hygiene is non-existent, zero security and far away from the center. The hotel management works with the autorickshaw gang so that you are forced to take only the auto/e-rickshaw which stands outside the gate and at exorbitant price. Don't go there under any circumstances.

we had a good experience here. paid 600 for 4 people with 2 Rooms. Big rooms are available with kitchen. TV was working properly. Towel and water provided. It was just near to the beach. cons : 1. Old rooms 2. Toilet has no jet sprayer. I definitely recommend budget travelers to this hotel. If you just want a place to stay in budget this is the place.

Very very very BAD experience I booked Goroomgo Tapati villa (a.k.a JK INN) through Agoda for my family. Our check out time mentioned in Agoda was 10.30 AM. Since I had a small child, my old age mother and my wife, I was very careful about the chexk out time while booking. When we reached the hotel, the hotel manager instead of receiving us properly told sternly that you have to leave the hotel by 7AM mtomorrow. I was shocked at his statement as we just reached the hotel after traveling so long. I was confused initially as I knew check out time was not at 7AM. I checked Agoda booking details and found that checkout time was 10.30. I showed that to the hotel manager. He said rudely we don't know about Agoda but our checkout time is 7 AM and if you don't leave at 7 then leave the hotel now. I was shocked, why he is behaving like this. I said sir, please see the checkout time, it's 10.30 mentioned. He didn't listen to me and started fighting . He raised his voice so loud infront of my family. My small kid, horrified at the scene, started cryin. He said leave my hotel right now. I said boss please don't make a scene here and we will leave at 7 AM tomorrow. And we left the hotel at 7AM. You can imagine how difficult it is to leave at 7AM in a winter morning with a 2 year kid and an old mother. I went to Puri for a peace of mind but had to repent later why did I book at Goroomgo Tapati Villa a.ka JK INN.

Totally fraud.. we booked this place through agoda but It's not hotel, nor lodge its completely ****... bad room smelly, staff is too bad they are shouting on us & took advance money. Asked for advance as said first come first serve basis after taking advance When we reach they said go wherever you want.. & started shouting on us its like a crime petrol scene.we left that place on that time...it was very bad experience please don't go there... better stay in open place....

The location is marked on fake location to device people. Not at all livable. If you just want to take a bath and s Change cloths then okay in less then 500 but not okay for stay.. As it's on inner road not on marin drive and have to walk 1.5 km to reach the beach. Bad is not suited for sleeping too hard like wooden board. No pure veg.nearby (2 km at least to find good food). Regarding room condition those were smelly and uncleaned. I booked online and specifically mentioned that I want clean room but they only cleaned it after asked 2- 3 times.

the worst food I ever had in my life. Service is so bad and the service staff are so arrogant. they charged 250 rs chicken biryani and said it will be sufficient for one but the quantity was not upto mark.

Giving 1 star as I cannot rate it 0.it was listed on booking. Com via goroom go Pvt Ltd. The location provided is wrong. It is quite far from the beach and not exactly at the beach front. There's a slum beside the property. No proper places to eat nearby.there were bed bugs and the entire hotel was damp.
