Worst staff. Especially the owners are just rubbish. Full of attitude, don't know how to talk to the customers

I think they don't know how to run a theatre they're behaving like selling fish totally disgusting

I recently stayed at and it was the perfect choiceI had a wonderful experience at Glaze Hotel And Resorts Nowrangpur. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The food was delicious, and the amenities were top-notch. the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The resort is located in a quiet and peaceful location and has all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. They make sure that all your needs are taken care of . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

One of the best hotels in Nabrangpur. It has a cinema hall within the same compound. Food is like home cooked food. However the hotel is a little out of the town.

We recently stayed there. I will not recommend anyone to stay there. They don't even know about billing. Wrong Invoice provided. No corporate discount. Light system of room is so bad. Washroom is not properly maintained.

We were staying in ground floor and whole night the sounds of rats were coming from top floor along with sound of cats.There was not complimentary breakfast available.In dinner at dinning table asked for soup,in winter but it was not available.In paid breakfast South Indian breakfast was. Not available..There wwaa no hanger in bathroom .

For me bad experience it's a most worsted hotel in nabarangapur just I visited full of bed bugs no bed sheet change's and most worst washroom very bad I'll give 1 rating to this hotel so many honeybees are coming from ac unit very bad experience

Rooms: there are some piles of dead bugs at some corners. The bathroom door cannot be locked. Everything else is perfect. (We were in presidential suite which is 5k i guess). Service: service is good but the problem is .. many say the staff is ignorant but since very few people come here... How will they maintain the hotel? I suggest to bring in a traffic of people. And then we will give them time to come to a rating of 4.2 Location: i guess this is a disadvantage. It is 4-5 km inside nabarangpur. So anyone traveling via NH will see all the other hotels while this hotel is tucked to a dark corner. Architecture: the design in the hotel and the architecture makes it feel like u r staying in some palace in rajasthan. It is interesting and good. Facilities: breakfast is complementary but don't see the menu. Due to less traffic, they are providing limited choices. Birthday party hall is there. Conference hall is there. Deluxe room, suite and presidential suite are available. Parking is good but can be expanded. Food: the breakfast is complementary but limited compared to shown in the menu. It was very tasty. The lunch and dinner is expensive tho (i am from middle class so maybe might be selective). We did it from prakash family restaurant and it was very expensive as well as very tasty. If you are on a budget then OD2 is an option too.
