Pathetic Hotel with no lift and dark passages. No phones to connect to reception. The hotel does not have a restaurant.While booking they promised they would provide cutlery if we had to arrange food from outside.However no cutlery was not available. The property is close to new bustand on the highway. Good for a one night stay but not fit for families. Booked for a two night stay, shifted to another hotel after one night.

The owner is very rude and gave the room for 1200 per night just for sleeping and freshening up the next day .... The rooms were okish.. bathrooms were not at all nice. Rooms had some shady lights and wall patches were coming off.

Worst place to stay.. don't ever book this hotel. Rooms are dirty, bedsheets were stinking. Bathroom is not maintained or cleaned and worst part there are rats roaming freely in the room. Most unhygienic place to stay in brahmapur. Don't ever stay here, you will feel pathetic

Not recommended. As per the price rooms service is not standard. No proper service , no clean and wash bedsheets stinking , dirty towel, room lock key .. provided..Worst place to stay.. Rooms are dirty, Bathroom is not maintained or cleaned and Most unhygienic place to stay in nearby brahmapur.

The worst and the most pathetic experience I have ever had during a stay. It was horrible right from the beginning. During check in first we were completely denied of the room then they started arguing rudely with us. They used various strategies to stop us from check in such as no water. After a lot of convincing they finally told we will have to pay extra charges which will be equivalent to 1500 per day. We had to pay 2200 extra to check in. The worst part comes here , After check in the rooms we got was so untidy and was stinking like hell . There were cockroaches roaming around. The walls were spitted with tobacco. Would absolutely recommend anyone to not go to this hotel just because of the sheer rudeness of the Hotel Manager and their staff.

Very friendly staff behavior. 24x7 service. Food was good. The location is a little far from the town ; calm , clean and couple-friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are really clean and safe. They are very aware of cleanliness of room and privacy of the visitors. Don't book the hotel on Oyo before 3/4 days of your date. Otherwise you'll get so many call to cancel the booking. But don't worry; they will provide room with the same charge on oyo if you cancel it as they request.

Everything was dirty. Washroom was quite good. Room was pretty big as well. But the bed sheets and floor were not cleaned and they didn't even change the sheets. Tv remote was broken. Overall it was not a good experience.

This hotel is situated on highway near new bus terminus. Hotel and rooms are very good. Rooms are spacious enough having all new furniture, AC and TV. In house restaurant and room service available. Power back up is available. Lift is not there. Food quality was really very good and rates are reasonable. Complementary breakfast is offered. Though there are no options in breakfast and its mostly same on all days. Service and housekeeping is quite slow and needs an improvement. Had some issues initially about room cleanliness but it was attended by hotel staff.
