The Hotel Anand Bhawan Rating: (1/5) I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at and I can confidently say it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I've ever encountered. From start to finish, the service was abysmal, and the staff's lack of professionalism was simply shocking. Upon arrival, I was greeted with indifference rather than warmth. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and more focused on their phones than on providing a welcoming atmosphere. Check-in took an unreasonably long time, and when I inquired about my reservation, I was met with a curt response that left me feeling unwelcome. The issues continued once I entered my room. It was not only poorly cleaned but also poorly maintained. I found hair on the floor and linens that had clearly not been changed. When I called the front desk to address these concerns, it took over an hour for someone to respond, and when they finally did, their attitude suggested I was an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Dining at the hotel was another ordeal. The restaurant staff were unhelpful and inattentive, leading to long waits for everything from menus to the meal itself. When my order finally arrived, it was cold and not at all what I had requested. I attempted to speak with a manager about the numerous issues, but my concerns were dismissed as if they were trivial. Throughout my stay, it became increasingly clear that the staff lacked proper training in customer service and hospitality. There was a distinct lack of teamwork and communication, which contributed to the overall chaotic atmosphere. It felt as if no one was empowered or motivated to resolve issues. To sum it up, my experience at [Hotel Name] was incredibly disappointing. If you're considering booking a stay here, I strongly recommend exploring other options. A hotel should be a place of comfort and service, but at Anand bhawan hotel that expectation is not even remotely met. I left feeling frustrated, and I certainly won't be returning. The location of this hotel is undeniably convenient, situated near Saba Sikhetra, which was perfect for my travel plans. However, I was disappointed with the room quality. Despite the promising location, the room didn't meet my expectations. The amenities were lacking, and the overall comfort level was not up to par. While the convenience of the location is a definite plus, I would advise potential guests to carefully consider their accommodation priorities before booking.

Highly recommended! I was there in 2019 for the first time, and I remember we had rotis for 5 rupees each; and to my utmost surprise, during my latest visit this time (in 2024, been 5 years), they still have the same price for the food, and it will feel like a nice no-oil and masala-free home-cooked food. My dinner was done in JUST 30 rupees (2 rotis and bhaja). The gentleman who sits there at the counter, is a sweet person, always having a smile on his face, and treating everyone with great patience. BTW, he was also there back in 2019, and I'm definitely going back again!

Budget Hotel. A comfortable atmosphere for Anyone to enjoy. A unit of Jagannath Mandira Parichalana Sanstha, Sabar Srikshetra, Koraput. Hotel Atithi Bhawan and Hotel Anand Bhawan are two different places. Hotel Atithi Bhawan is a hotel, as all reviews say's. But Hotel Anand Bhawan is a restaurant which is nearer to Hotel Atithi Bhawan.

We took one ac room for 2 night. Good stuff behaviour. They helped me a lot when my daughter got admitted at SLN hospital. Rooms are little bit old , shabby but spacious. And bathroom was clean. Price is pretty low here.

Good affordable stay place. Blankets they provide are very old and have holes. No toiletries. Carry your own blankets for the cold. Service is literally not there.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean and the geyser was in working condition. The location is also great as it is near the bus stand and Jagganath temple is just behind it.
