Rooms need maintenance, floors are creaking (probably because we took the room with private pool). Food is excellent, both veg & non veg options are good. No concerns there. Service is also decent, however they take food order till 9PM only & kitchen closes at 10 PM. Pool maintenance could be improved. Location can be an issue, there is no proper concrete road connected yet to this place, will be difficult for big cars. Overall its a good experience!!

Great place for refreshment. It's more beautiful than the photos that they have posted. Service is top notch. Food is really good. The maintenance is at its best with full of plantation in and out of resort. Highly recommend for others who wants to stay near Marine drive!! The soothing and peaceful atmosphere grabs all weightage!!
It's a very nice place for leisure, we visited there last Friday with my friends. The service was very good and the staff named Papu is very nice and sincere. But one thing to add power back up should be done properly. When the power cut happened the DG should be start immediately. But overall experience was excellent.
Overall stay was good and the person assisted us named Papu was very nice towards us. Another person who was at reception was extremely rude, in each and every stuff started charging in thousands unnecessarily. Zero efforts towards Customer satisfaction from the person sitting in reception . But the stay was good and services including food is good but a bit overpriced as compared to the quantity. Considering the activities and usage please be sincere because they may charge extra amount in assets like music system next to pool side. Make yourself clear while booking for avoiding extra stuff & over pricing add ons. Happy staying if you are planning for future.
