Star Review: Extremely Unprofessional Experience at Woodvilla We had organized a corporate meeting at Woodvilla, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From start to finish, the staff showed a shocking lack of professionalism and basic manners. For a venue that claims to host events and corporate gatherings, their behavior and preparedness were completely unacceptable. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained--no sense of coordination, no attention to detail, and absolutely no respect for the schedule or the seriousness of a professional setting. Basic amenities were either missing or poorly managed. We had to repeatedly ask for things that should have been ready beforehand--like proper seating arrangements, water, stationery, and even functioning audio equipment. Their attitude throughout was careless, almost as if they were doing us a favor by just being there. It was embarrassing in front of our guests and clients, and it reflected very poorly on us for choosing this venue. Woodvilla is clearly not equipped to handle corporate events. If you're planning anything remotely professional, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

We recently stayed at Woodsvilla Hotel, booking three rooms, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

I had a miserable time there in this hotel. No basic amenities, broken old tiles in bathroom. Very late room service. price is higher than the reality..I won't suggest anyone to go this place to stay in bhubaneshwar

Okay hotel. The floor was a bit dirty. AC remote was missing and TV non-functional. Probably not recommend if you are particular about hygiene.

I had very bad experience , i booked a standard ac room . the washroom was extremely dirty pillow cover , bedsheets , blanket was smelling and covers were dirty too cubboard was broken from the base washroom door latch was of plastic and of low quality I asked for mosquito repellent , the person who was there just gave liquid Hairs were there on the pillow cover

Worst experience I have ever seen . The service was very worst .There were no toiletries, no hot water,AC was not working, very old bed cover,full of sticky smell and full of fungus,not clean bed cover,no dustbin provided, TV was there but not wroking, charging plug points were there but no power supply, lack of communication after that was not a room and a peaceful stay at all. The toilet were not cleaned .I had a meeting with my company manager, he was not allowed to go to the hotel room.We had to leave the room after seeing his room service.Hotel owner's behavior was like a gunda. I have discussed with hotel owner for room rent for Deluxe suit room @ 1600/- included tax but he gave me bill per day @ 2241/- Please don't come and fool here. Which is not worth to the price.

Rooms are good, but bathroom has a night lamp so you hardly you can see anything, geysar doesn't work so I had to visit another room for shower, water use to log at bathroom. Food do not serve here it's better if you are staying then you can arrange your food. Lot many mosquitos so hotel doesn't care pls buy mosquito repellent to sleep nicely. Lift doesn't work Overall bad experience!!
