Banmali Palace

I attended a conference as Chief Guest which was held at this resort and I stayed there for 1 night last week. It is spread over a large area and is well maintained. Facilities are fairly good. Rooms are comfortable, service although slow in its restaurant but quality of food was failry good. Looked quite popular for holding marriage receptions etc.

Hotel and food is good. But swimming pool service and swimming pool's bathrooms are pathetic...no maintenance of the pool or it's surroundings. The bathrooms are so pathetic, during the swimming classes it's very difficult for us to manage. After repeated complaints also nothing improved. As because the restaurant was good we thought every facility will be good. Worst swimming pool experience

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Excellent Hospitality. Basanti at the reception is the best. Enjoyed food and stay.

Bad point is service. 1. House keeping dosent respond on phone. 2. Tv was not working , maintainence came after 1 hrs than after also issue not resolved. 3. Restaurant service is very poor, after waiting long time even tea was not served and left without breakfast. Good point Cleaniness.

Huge property, I stayed in Suite room lack of amiinties & maintenance issues - hygiene in another big area of improvement
