Rooms are very clean and specious. Staffs haveing good behaviour. Location is very short distance from bus stand & railway station.

Very poor service at restaurant. First while ordering, the waiter went to kitchen to ask chef whether a particular dish is available and eloped for 10 minutes. A second waiter came to take order. If you are pure vegetarian and want to share table with non-vegetarian colleagues/friends/family, very bad idea. When I suggested to be mindful while serving, I was advised to dine on a separate table. I wondered if I am in India?

Very nice behaviour from the staff , nice location and nice quality food.

I went for lunch and had to wait for 1hr, 4 star to the food (Chicken dum biriyani and Ghost dum biriyani) and 4 star to the waiter and cashier. Good ambience, decent price of food, overall 4star from my side.

Worst experience, they don't have a king size double bed , 2 single beds were joined together to make a double bed in all rooms, bedsheets have blood stain,oil stain, masala stain n bed sheets were too dirty, toilet seats have yellow stain and on using flush all those yellow stains of human waste starts floating, hotel has only 2 staff ( who carries luggage, gives room services, takes order for food) restaurant has only one waiter (who does the serving, and also attain counter n does paper work) and now the most important part the receptionist of the hotels are so unprofessional, extremely rude and knows perfectly how to misbehave with the guests, they are so inattentive, they kept me waiting and ignored me for long time even after informing them that I am a doctor and I have to reach hospital it's very urgent they ignored me and kept me waiting for check out even though they were free and there was no one else except me i was the only guest standing infront of the reception, I told them thrice that it's urgent but they didn't even care to listen. After long time of waiting when I warned them that I will complain and write about you on google then they did my checkout process and they didn't even apologized for their behavior
