OYO 29640 Hotel Payal

Rooms are reasonably priced. Services is not up to the mark. Budget stay for business trip.

Vogus service & Oldest Room They gave me a used tawal Bedshit etc. Their behaviour is also very very bad

Rooms and bathroom are not clean..service is bad..don't go for this hotel.

Worst hotel with worst staff. The room was full of mosquito and bedsheet towels were used and I was asked to use the same. The old staff asked the self service to take a towel from the floor pantry. Nuisance

The booked price of this hotel is different and during checkin they asking for more money for checkin and complaining for low booking tarrif. My strong suggestion is don't book this hotel online Otherwise you may suffer a bad behavior from reception with your valuable time . For hotel payal, please don't do such, u know your guests are more sofisticated than you and they can book other hotels too, literally I don't want to give a single star , negative rating you guys deserve.

One of OYO's room in front of Jharsuguda station. Rooms are not well maintained. The room I got was full of cigarette butts. The AC was also not working. Only plus points were free breakfast which was good and the bathroom was cleaner than the room itself. If they regularly clean rooms, that would be better.

One of My friend mr. sagarjit Nayak (Bosch Ltd) who stayed in hotel on 28th DECEMBER 2016.was really disappointed with the behaviour of Hotel Staff. He has been styed there for more than 5 times but last experience with them was really not acceptable. When he was asked to give the feedback in written form, he did the same as per his experience on this hotel staff asked why you have given such a rating... And he started misbehaving on this. Really Bad Experience... We will never go to this hotel again.

Only good thing about this hotel is that it is near to the railway station and bus stand. Food is average . Rooms were uncleaned. Service is unbearable. No wifi.
