Absolutely brilliant.... cleanliness was key. Great spacious room, well arranged , very clean sheets, very warm staff - reception, cleaning & restaurant, all processes in place and most importantly, very nicely priced. A must go.

It was nice experience to stay here, staff is very caring. Late night to catch Gitanjali Exp they arranged for station drop by Hotel's car, I am impressed with the humbleness of Manager and Driver tooo. Thnx a lot team

They move from Aithitya to Rudrakshinn though the room charges there is up & down but still we chose to stay at the same property not bcz of the rooms or so but only because of the GEMS STAFFS they have very friendly & supportive. They will welcome with love & heartfull of smile that will make your day. Specially in the entry they have a big picture of "Jaganath Mahaprabhu" which they do puja everyday morning & evening that vibes is Awsome. From last 3years am regularly visiting Jharsuguda for my work with my Mom & 3yrs old daughter and from day 1 I prefer to stay here.My daughter feels happy & comfortable here when am not around also what else a Mom needs.. Again Safety they always take care of. Beautiful people,ambience,Safety,Service & the Positive vibes.. Thank you for making my stay alwys remarkable.

Hotel is good but restraunt service is poor.one staff of the restraunt is unprofession name sushant.Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
