Overall good for a short stay, food quality was good. Complementory Breakfast with limited option. Staffs are polite and well behaved.

I had comfortable stay. Room size was good. No geyser. AC was good. Charging points were not working. I had to use the socket of the TV. Room service was prompt. Bathroom was clean. No slippers in my room. It has restaurant. Breakfast was complementary. Breakfast quality was very good. But the main courses of the restaurant need many improvements.

Food is good but the staff doesn't know how to serve food in the table and after serving the food, they did not have the sense of providing spoon and fork. I never expected such kind of service !!

Good place as we conducted a conference in their hall. But sound system is horrible and need improvement. Ac was not enough. So that also need focus. Food was good in terms of buffet . Need more refinement. Buy manager sir is very friendly and flexible. I could feel the sense of responsibility in him. So happy overall

Restaurant review: Completely avoidable. Worst food served. Chilli chicken was harder than rock. Sent it back and refused for replacement but still charged. When questioned the manager was adamant we have to pay. Paneer tikka chunks were very thick and not marinated well. Fish achari tikka was salty af. Tasteless. Service was pathetic. Have to wait 5 mins every time to call the server/manager. Food was served after 1 hr and the taste was worse than lowest rated restaurant. Prices are way too high for the service and food served. Dont waste your money for this pathetic restaurant.

Worst hotel.. please don't even think about staying here... They are not offering the room which is befitting to the amount you are paying... Right from the Airport pickup I had bad experience... I had paid 500 extra bucks for airport pickup and they made it like a pooled car.. some other random person was also picked up in the same taxi. At the reception, again I had a bad experience... The receptionist was behaving like " he is doing me a favour by giving room" worst approach by them .. condition of the room worst... The room was provided with a vintage window AC and the panels started coming out.. When I requested for the WiFi password, they sent a room boy to share the same... He walked in and when he had to speak to the receptionist through intercom, he sat on my bed and started speaking... Got surprised... Don't you guys give them basic training on courtesy aspects... Ridiculous...I will never ever prefer to stay here... If you are planning to visit this place with family, better choose some other hotels... There is no option to add photos along with the review... Otherwise I would have added photos too...

Overall good experience, room cleanliness should be improved, food quality and staff behaviour should be improved.

Loved it . Very clean and big rooms. Daily the room is cleaned by staff. The staff behaviour is also polite And most importantly it is very safe and comfortable hotel
