Gopalpur Palm Resort

The resort is located just parallel to the sea beach, right beside Mayfair, with the sea at a walkable distance. While there are distant sea views from some rooms, the resort does not claim to offer sea view accommodations officially. The location is peaceful and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach crowd -- perfect for a relaxing getaway. Service was overall satisfactory. The staff was prompt in taking and delivering orders. However, the only downside was that used utensils were not cleared promptly and were left outside the room for the entire day. The food quality was impressive. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was considerate enough to allow us access before regular hours upon request, as we had an early departure. The resort has a charming lawn and garden area, beautifully decorated with fairy lights, which adds to the ambiance. There is also a dedicated parking area. All in all, it's a great value for money option for those seeking a calm and pleasant stay near the beach.

Very nice ambience and excellent service with smiling face. Excellent food and good spread in breakfast. Must recommend. Value for money. My whole stay with family will be a memorable one. I would definitely stay again in my next visit. Thanks to all staff serving here.

I had a peaceful and pleasant stay at Gopalpur Palm Resort, with excellent service and delicious food. We booked two rooms and were kindly accommodated on a higher floor, as requested. The resort was clean, affordable, and located in a tranquil setting. Breakfast offered a good selection, including some freshly prepared-to-order items that were both tasty and satisfying. The service throughout our stay was exceptional.

I recently stayed at Palm Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms had a strong unpleasant smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The service was extremely poor--staff were unresponsive and lacked professionalism. Except for the food, which was decent, all other amenities were below average. Cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement. For the price, I expected a much better experience. Definitely not worth recommending unless they improve their services significantly.
